Excellent service from this lovely team. Very attentive, professional and reliable throughout the process. It's obvious that they care about their clients which is something you wouldn't get with an online service. I genuinely felt they were with me every step of the way and I do hope estate agents like these don't end up behind apps. Would definitely recommend.

The state of our residential area and the surrounding grounds has fallen into a progressive state of disrepair. Phipps and Pritchard have been slow to respond to complaints and even slower to take action. Covid-19 can no longer be used as an excuse. They keep promising action but then they do not follow through and communicate. I am so far unimpressed with their customer service and their property management, or lack thereof.

Our demands for ground rent and service charge are due to be paid in early March.
Despite several requests no demands have been forthcoming.
Their accounts department is hopeless. There have been times when no demands were sent out for over two years.
They are very quick at sending threatening letters though.
Even the contact us section sends you round in circles. My head is spinning just from trying to find the email address.
The list of staff members even lists staff who no longer work there.

Found a property that myself and my partner wanted to rent through them but after a couple of days phoning to try and arrange a viewing, finally got told that they only rent to people who are married and earn over £20,000 between them, so now have to stay in a property that is unsuitable for us until another estate agent has anything come up.

Absolutely nothing but trouble with Phipps and Pritchard Kidderminster. The flat we rented had mould, damp and noise issues with floorboards above which one elderly couple moved out over, they then proceeded to rent the flat to a single bloke who had parties and a different girl around every week. Made numerous noise complaints and nothing was done to rectify this. On visits from our (at the time) lettings manager (who was the most unhelpful and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with) it was noted we were taking the necessary measures to sort this. I had sent them pictures of the skin allergies we had due to the dampness of our bedroom. We even moved from the large room to the smaller room to avoid this damp. There was condensation between the double glazing all year round. We handed in our notice and were then given an £80 bill for the damp. We were also charged for an extractor fan which was leaking and falling off the wall due to damp which we assured us we wouldn’t be charged for. And although they now say we aren’t being charged, we haven’t been shown exact quotes what we are being charged for despite asking 3 times. It has now been 26 days since we handed the keys back and we still haven’t got our deposit. Regardless of whether they were acting on behalf of the landlord, they were extremely unhelpful from the moment we moved in.

Feel really let down by McCartneys, they did not let me know on numerous occasions updates about a rented property I was interested in. I was forever chasing them for information and was not impressed by their service. Its a shame as they seem nice people, but it's put me off using them.
Was also pested several times by a renting agency, as apparently I had moved into the flat I was interested and they were congratulating me and then trying to sell me sky products. I asked McCartneys to tell them we were not in the property, they didn't.
Overall not impressed.
