Staff more helpful than the Machynlleth office. We had requested a viewing of a property and had to chase them. Eventually getting Welspool to follow up on, only later that day received a blunt email no more viewings and best & final offer. Obviously a lot of interest in the property but no interest in a potential CASH buyer from the midlands

What can I say. McCartneys are definitely the best estate agents I have dealt with to date. My house sale in Shropshire completed yesterday and they have been efficient, courteous and easy to contact from initial survey to final completion stage. Danielle Allison deserves a special mention here- always on the end of the line with the right info, and her finger well and truly on the pulse. Wyn and Jamie were also superb ! I would definitely recommend this business to any family friends and contacts. If I could leave 10 stars I definitely would......

This company is very helpful, I bought a house through them over a year ago.
I would recommend this company as nothing is to much trouble customer services is very Good. I recently contacted them for some information, in relation to buying the house.
It's like you are a person and not a number. I have uesd other estate agents in the past but nothing compares to the service that they provide. Thanks to all at the welshpool office helping me in the move.

I cant praise the level of service I received from McCartney's high enough, the valuation was spot on with some other estate agents valuing the property over £100,000 less. (It sold in around 3 weeks)
The photographs and drone images were an absolute credit to the property and the brochure was of very high quality. I was consistently kept in the loop every step of the process and when I had some issues with my conveyancer they advised of another local company that managed to complete within the three week deadline which was outstanding. Thank you Jamie, Danielle and the team at McCartney's Welshpool.

The senior partner of this company knew that I was making a very long journey to view this property (245 mile round trip) and, unfortunately, he sent a young man who knew virtually nothing about the property, could not answer many of my questions, did not have a key for a door marked "chemicals, keep out" and did not know what was behind it and told me that a cylinder in the house was the boiler when it plainly wasn't. The journey was a complete waste of my time and money and I did not feel confident in the agents enough to proceed with the purchase of a property that I was keen to buy. I felt thoroughly undervalued as a customer. I will avoid using the Welshpool office in future.
