From the outset, Tim Gaston and Maxine Holder have held our hands gently throughout the process of putting our beloved home on the market. Tim has gently guided us and took great interest in our property from the outset, learning about it's history with it being a listed building, to the huge renovation it undertook some eleven years ago. Tim collated all the necessary details and refined them with sublime simplicity and perfection. Maxine Holder is a force to be reckoned with, not because of a harsh hand or tongue but on the speed that that lady completes tasks, Maxine is like greased lightening. Even when emails arepinging right, left and centre Maxine can keep all the balls in the air and the plates spinning at the same time. Maxine can multi task for sure and switch and swap and revert with all instructions and she doesn't need telling twice Maxine is a a true asset to G Herbert Banks. I'm not one for leaving reviews, but I felt it would be a travesty not to. I've pushed on several occasions only because of pressure being pushed on my shoulders and every time G Herbert Banks have stepped it up another gear. Don't go looking anywhere folks for a Company to sell your home, G Herbert Banks deliver and then some. They get the highest order of stars in my opinion ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? A trusted Company that we have worked with before, but every experience is unique and tailored to your individual needs whether you are buying or selling a property. Thank you lovely people.

19th Aug 2024 (7 mo. ago)Dixons were great from start to finish. We were first time buyers and very anxious stepping into the unknown with buying our first house. The team supported us throughout and no question was a stupid question. When our first property wasn’t progressing, due to the sellers, they were straight on the phone as soon as they found a suitable alternative property which met our needs. We managed to view before it went on the market and had the offer accepted within a few days. I could not recommend Dixons any higher. Big thanks to Christine and the entire team for their continued support and help with buying our first home.

You hand your notice in to leave the tenancy agreement, and then they extend the notice without your consent to try get more money out of you. Then at the end of the tenancy upon check out they nit pick at everything to try squeeze out every drop of your deposit for the property! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

26th Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)My wife and I had YourMove Perton out to value our property. In the end, we opted to go with Connells. Since our has has been on the market with Connells Wolverhampton, we’ve had several people come to view our house, telling us that the YourMove estate agents in Perton had told them negative and disparaging things about our house - seemingly in an attempt to put people off buying our property - as they have a similarly priced and very comparable property literally around the corner / one street away from ours. The ‘icing on the cake’ is finding out that the lady who was meant to be buying our house has now bought theirs instead - on the same day. When my wife rang up to tell them that three separate people had told us about the comments YourMove Perton had made about our house, we were told that they doubt anyone in their branch would do such a thing - so are they suggesting we are lying? It doesn’t speak very positively about their business and professionalism when they have to insult and criticise other local houses, in a desperate bid to secure a sale on the three bedroom semi of theirs that they are selling. Professionalism is non-existent. Although, it makes it more amusing that after they valued ours, they were practically begging us to list with them! But suddenly, they’re putting off every potential buyer of a three bedroom semi in the Bilbrook/Codsal area of our property. Highly unethical, immoral and unprofessional - you should be ashamed.Connells - Kidderminster

Always very quick to respond to queries and issues, reliable and were never overbearing. Overall a very pleasant renting experience through Hayden Estates.
