Not a pleasant experience I had today. So my partner (26) and myself (21) had requested a viewing on a house for today (09/11/24) which we requested beginning of October to give plenty of notice. We never got a confirmation email to say either “yes” or “no” and as we have never rented a place together before we don’t really know what we are doing. So as we hadn’t heard anything, we turned up for the viewing time we had requested (I can admit this was partially my fault but it doesn’t take a month to conform or deny a viewing). We had trouble finding the house so decided to ring up. As it was a Saturday evening clearly the person who answered had a fool mood on them after working on a Saturday but the way they spoke to me was unreasonable. As an autistic 21 year old I find things difficult I admit but the approach from the agent who answered was patronising and made me feel like a laughing stock. This estate agency needs to teach their staff to have a more friendly approach. Definitely will not be moving through this agents and will never be recommending them to anyone else.... Read more

Having recently moved to the Telford area, we were unsure about what agent to use when selling our property, when a friend said Harwoods had been very helpful in the past we thought we'd try them. I booked the valuation in with Patrick, and Ben attended and carried out the valuation, they got the property straight on the market and booked viewings in right away. Various members of the team did viewings, and each time we were given booking details etc and given feedback on the viewings when necessary.the house soon went under offer and the team helped manage the sale right to completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending harwoods to anyone. A pleasure to deal with.... Read more

Rentals: I have rented my house through Broseley harwoods since march 2020, i can honestly say they are a lovely team and any issues i have regarding repairs etc, its resolved quickly and Sam is fab she is very caring and compassionate when any work needs doing. I am happy living here, if i ever move ill be looking through harwoods as i love having them as my letting agent.... Read more

Cowboys!! This company should be shut down. Renting out properties with black mould and damp issues and are not interested in sorting out the issues. There more focused on your money, and good luck getting your deposit back when you try to leave a property. Staff are sarcastic and talk down to you like you don't know anything.... Read more
