Adam Maczynski is a complete con artist. Has failed to repay my deposit worth £700 back to myself and has literally disappeared off the face of the earth when trying to get my solicitors involved to chase him for payment. He had failed to protect my deposit despite being told that my deposit was being held by a Deposit Protection Scheme. If anyone has any contact details for this shambolic individual please share at your earliest convenience!

McQueen now in liquidation. Directors keep closing estate agent companies and opening new business. Currently Citi Places. Appalling behaviour, late payments, poor communication, non-return of deposit. Industry should have tighter regulations. Do not deserve 1 star.

The directors of McQueen have become Citiplaces Management Limited avoid at all costs they do not return deposits or register it or pass on rent to landlords. Company is in deep financial troubles both of them.

At the time, Nick, their former employee who was managing the sales was very professional and all queries were responded to in a timely manner and during the tenancy as well, he was very prompt in getting things done.
However, after the check out and Nick confirmed the exact amount, I have been waiting 2 months for my deposit to be returned! Nick has left the company but no body else is responsive or reachable! It's so frustrating. I have just stumbled upon all these reviews. They shouldn't be allowed to do business like this!

I have been waiting for 8 months to get back 6 months rent worth 7.500, I had to go to court and still i am waiting for the last 700. Adam Maczynski kept promising me refunds he couldn't keep while no one else is around to advise. No one is there to pick up the phone and when they do Adam is the only one to reply and he is never available. Please give back the money owed and start acting professionals

Cancelled our apartment with over 3 months notice, money was still deducted from my bank account and nothing has been refunded. Called and emailed 3 times a day and still no response. Only the director can do the refunds and he is never available.
GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!!!

Promised to pay me . Ignores all my calls for past few months . Doesn’t reply to emails . Doesn’t pay the bills . Blames the accountant all the time. Filed complaint with ombudsman . Planning to sue him for stealing 6 months worth of rent !

For a month we are trying to get in touch with McQueen estate agents. They have not paid the rent for 8 months we keep getting reminders for bills they were supposed to take carte of. Despite promises to solve these issues we are now being completely ignored. Clearly not well run and strong indication that they are not in great financial health. Therefore its a a land lord do not consider McQueen Estate Agents.

Mcqueen Estates have provided an amazing service in helping me find the right place to live. Both Adam and Nick were really friendly and bent over backwards to ensure i was satisfied. Great agency will definitely see if they can offer me anything else once my tenancy has ended.

My experience was bad.??I had to text Nicolas Peter 2 times to get the adress.?The appointment was for today 1pm and a few minutes before he called me saying that the flat is out of market. I was already near the flat. It's not a way to do things..?Not professional, not recommended. Stay away from this agency.

Both Nick and Adam were really helpful in the management of the lettings process with our flat. Both were knowledgeable and always responded quickly to any queries. I'd recommend both....
