Previously, I've only used Fit n Fix (or as previously known as the Bickerley Garage) because it was convenient. But this is now my garage of choice, and TBH just as convenient. I’m a cameraman and was working in the New Forest where I picked up a huge nail in one of my tyres of my 4x4 resulting in massive loss of pressure. Called these guys up they immediately saw me, resolved the problem, changed the wheels, gave some excellent honest advice and had me back on the road literally within minutes of calling them. I am genuinely blown away with how professional, friendly and patient these guys are...the best experience and well-worth taking your business there. I have had the good fortune to have found a 1st rate garage that offers a service that exceeds what you would expect in a high end main dealer. From the moment i first contacted them they have been easy to deal, they accomodated me by communicating via my preferred method due to being hard of hearing, they responded quickly and my car was booked in for a service and mot. On the day I asked if they could fit some LED foglights that I had with me and they were more than happy to do the work. My ranger failed it's MOT to due to LED lights I had not aligned correctly. They sorted the lights at a very responsible price. Early afternoon i got a text to say what they had done and what it cost. There was no stress, no hassle just first class service. Went to collect car, service book complete, paperwork ready and clear record of what they had done and over view of the condition of car. I spoke about providing particular brands of parts that I wanted used when they needed replacing, more than happy for me to supply, I was so impressed we had my wife's car booked in for a service. The customer service was absolutely second to none and i'd HIGHLY recommend using this business over the bigger national chain outfit boys as they treated me with respect and compassion given the situation i was in at the time. Everything was simple from booking to settling payment, and the vehicle inspection was explained comprehensively via the 'vehicle health check print out' which we have kept for our records. Prices are reasonable and the level of service received has been excellent. rdered 2x Michelin Pilot Sport 4 for my Audi Cabriolet. Tyres were a good price and fitted reasonably quickly, two days later a horrible noise from what sounded like the left driveshaft started and was too bad to risk driving any further so stopped the car and had it recovered, turned out the wheel nuts hadn't been done up! Not impressed. UPDATE: I was contacted by Ringwood tyres asking me to remove my review stating they've never supplied any Pilot 4's this year so wasn't them, on forwarding them a copy of the invoice I was simply told that they don't make a habit of not doing up customers wheel nuts! No offer of any compensation or a goodwill gesture for the danger they put us in or the expenses incurred because of their poor workmanship. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes but his was a huge one and my biggest gripe now is the after care, there is zero and for that reason I recommend avoiding this garage and tyre fitters.... Read more

I had a set of Toyo t1r tyres fitted here on a celica 190 through the blackcircles tyre service. I would not recommend this garage, the staff where less then helpfull, left me to fit my own centre caps back in and also spilt tyre grease on the boot lining. Will not be using them again....
