House up for sale at offers over £450k. I advised several times we were at £420k and questioned that the client would take offers. A&W advised their client wanted it sold with that phrase but that they were open to offers. Total waste of our time, A&W & their sellers as after an initial viewing and then a second viewing we offered £420k and guess what......... The seller won't move under £450k. Thank you A&W for wasting me & my wife's, our son and his partners time travelling from Wilton & Christchurch twice. No need to lie, just tell the truth please. Obviously, I would not recommend this branch at all.... Read more

6 months we have been looming for somewhere to live and signed up to the "mailing lists" of over 10 local agents. Austin and Wyatt are THE ONLY agent who have not obly contacted us weekly to check in and see how things are going; but also the only agent who have actually advised us of upcoming properties before uploading them. Enabling us the opportunity for first refusal. As yet we have still yet to find our next home, but I truly hope it is with Austin and Wyatt; all branches, without exception, have been wonderful.
