Over the years, we have bought or sold more than 10 houses and in our experience Surridge Mison was the best estate agent we have ever dealt with. Wendy Mison’s detailed knowledge of the local market which was well presented enabled us to offer the property at a higher price than we had anticipated. We had a buyer within a week of the property being marketed and when that person proved unable to sell her own property and we re-marketed the house, again we had a buyer within a week.
