We would just like to praise Leaders in particular Fay Tipper, she is the property management agent, we reported a boiler problem to her on Thursday, Engineer came out on Friday, ordered a part as we had no hot water or heating, on Monday morning, engineer returned and fixed the problem, Job done. We approached Leaders in January to find new tenants for our flat whilst we were out of the country. Having met Nikki we were confident that we would get good service, and so it proved! The flat was re-rented within 6 weeks, and as well as finding us lovely new tenants, Nikki went far beyond what I would have expected in terms of helping us to fix minor problems that arose, and to smooth the process for the tenants. Both Nikki and Elle provided the kind of customer service it is rare to find these days in any walk of life, they were easily contactable, responded quickly and were very efficient. My experience dealing with LEADERS at Sovereign Harbour has been and continues to be superb. Elle kindly had us view the apartment even though we arrived to meet her late.... and just before she was meant to finish work for the day. Over the next couple of weeks, she and Nikki were more than helpful with the application process. When we went to the office to finalise everything and collect keys, we sat with them and the other ladies working there and enjoyed a bit of relaxed banter with them, which really built a nice rapport. I have been back to the office since and met more staff and again they are all more than helpful with even the tiniest of issues i needed help with. Finding a new home is both daunting and often difficult to fit into a busy life, but Elle and Nikki definitely played a huge part in making the whole experience straightforward and pleasant.
