We approached Leaders in January to find new tenants for our flat whilst we were out of the country. Having met Nikki we were confident that we would get good service, and so it proved! The flat was re-rented within 6 weeks, and as well as finding us lovely new tenants, Nikki went far beyond what I would have expected in terms of helping us to fix minor problems that arose, and to smooth the process for the tenants.
Both Nikki and Elle provided the kind of customer service it is rare to find these days in any walk of life, they were easily contactable, responded quickly and were very efficient. I can't recommend them highly enough!

My experience dealing with LEADERS at Sovereign Harbour has been and continues to be superb. Elle kindly had us view the apartment even though we arrived to meet her late.... and just before she was meant to finish work for the day. Over the next couple of weeks, she and Nikki were more than helpful with the application process. When we went to the office to finalise everything and collect keys, we sat with them and the other ladies working there and enjoyed a bit of relaxed banter with them, which really built a nice rapport. I have been back to the office since and met more staff and again they are all more than helpful with even the tiniest of issues i needed help with. Finding a new home is both daunting and often difficult to fit into a busy life, but Elle and Nikki definitely played a huge part in making the whole experience straightforward and pleasant. I am very grateful to them and all the staff there.

I rented my property through this company and was impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. I dealt with Nicky (lettings manager) and this lady is super helpful and knowledgeable. She took time finding me the right tenant and ensured the vetting process and all legal paperwork was completed swiftly and meticulously.
I phoned her the other day (this is 4 years later) about an unrelated issue I was having with another property of mine and despite this being of no benefit to her she took time in advising me.
I would not use any other company for letting a property in this area.

What excellent service we had with Leaders Sovereign Harbour! Our agent, Craig, was top-notch from the beginning: responsive, caring, professional and extremely personable.
We found ourselves in the position of having to find a place to live on short notice and Craig was the only agent we worked with on our hunt. Once we'd been approved and moved ahead with the flat, Craig kept in constant contact with us, informed us about everything we needed to know and was very considerate of our needs.

There's no way I can convey just how much the lovely group (Adelaide in particular) helped us through the sale of my mums flat after we lost her very suddenly at the start of the pandemic.

They had recommendations for everything from engineers, professional cleaners and clearance companies - all of whom could be directed remotely and did great work.
I should also mention they have a fantastically open/honest and supportive property auctions team led by Paul who did a great amount of work for us that turned out to be fundamental when we were introduced to a private buyer.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leaders Waterside - Sovereign Harbour group. Every member was incredibly helpful but a special thankyou to Adelaide, Chris and Paul - without whom we would not have gotten over the line. You are in good hands with this lot, particularly if you need remote support through the process as we did.

There's nothing they don't know about both North and South harbour. The local knowledge is backed up by their extensive knowledge of the whole property sector. They have dedicated teams for property sales, rentals and property management, meaning you get experts in whichever field you're after. Nikki the lettings manager, makes sure the rental properties are always presented to the highest standards. They clearly take great pride in offering the best properties for their tenants and the majority are recently decorated and fully professionally cleaned. Our moving in experience was very mixed, the nice touch of the box of goodies was balance with not making sure the information was correct and that the property was fully correct. I had a maintenance request list that contained at least 6 items, seriously not good enough.

We have been with Leaders, who let and manage our property, at Sovereign Harbour for a few years now. During that time, and again just recently, we have found Nikki and the team to be professional, friendly and courteous. The team have recently managed to find a new tenant, conduct the necessary inspection of our flat, conduct checks and prepare the paperwork in a matter of days whilst keeping us informed of progress. My wife and I rented a property in Sovereign Harbour via the Leaders Sovereign Harbour office for approximately 7 months.
Upon entering the office initially, we were made welcome by a very friendly and helpful member of their staff. We were then directed to the letting manager Nikki.
Nikki is a loverly lady, that though out our whole rental from start to finish, had been a perfect example of great customer service. A very friendly, helpful and professional person.
In conclusion, my wife and I would definitely recommend the Leaders Sovereign Harbour office, for being a very friendly and professional operation - Thank you all!!

We met Nikki from Leaders Waterside, seven years ago when we first moved to Eastbourne.
She has been amazing, taking the time and trouble to find out our property needs and finding the perfect place each time. Nearly 5 years ago I approached Leaders with a view to renting my Sovereign Harbour flat. As a first time landlord I was delighted with the friendliness and professionalism of Nikki, Adelaide and their teams who guided us through the whole process with Nikki quickly finding us good reliable tenants.
After nearly 5 years we decided to sell the flat. The end of tenancy process including the professional cleaning of the flat was handled quickly and efficiently. Then despite the current difficult conditions and thanks to a seamless handover from lettings to sales, Adelaide quickly found a suitable purchaser.
I can't thank Leaders Sovereign Harbour enough and would thoroughly recommend them for both rental and sales.

Sadly from the moment I moved in to the property with Leaders Waterside, I had no end of problems with the property I spent most of the 6 month tenancy with contractors coming and going in a property that initially was not fit for habitation. No Shower, No toilet, Locks not working, rotten supports, faulty floor supports, health & safety issues with the balcony, Laminate flooring fitted in the kitchen on carpets so the floor moved every day, radiators with no valves or just too hot or don't work, the list went on. Astonishingly at the end of my tenancy they withholding my deposit for issues caused by faulty equipment and repairs carried out by contractors instructed by Leaders. What a rip off. They eventually offered incorrect responses to the The Dispute Service, sadly my word against theirs. You can guess who didn't get their money back. The house was not fit for rental, yet I end up paying good money for a shabby, run down house in need of an overhaul.
