We first met Adam Upton, one of the directors of Eastbourne Property Shop in February 2020. We invited him and 2 other Estate agents to view our property ready to put it on the market. The property in Eastbourne was part of my late brother’s estate. Adam impressed us immediately, Professional, polite and friendly with a good knowledge of the property on the market. We decided to trust him with the sale of the property. We immediately had a number of viewings and the property was sold within the following week. All was going well until the lockdown began in March. However Eastbourne Property kept in touch with us with phone calls and emails. They were always ready to help and advise. The sale continued. Application for Probate was a lengthy procedure because of a backlog of applications due to lockdown. Eventually Probate was granted and in July a completion date was agreed. Thank you.
