They have not been in touch at all about viewings...
When I put it with 'your move', they contacted me and told me when people along their name were viewing...The reason they did not want to make an offer...
Fox and son wanted me to remove it from other agents when they had someone interested, then to leave it off the market until they sold their property...Which coiuld be forever...I instructed my solicitor a month ago, I am still awaiting to hear from their solicitor

Having had a great deal of experience over the years with estate agents, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Fox & Sons in Taunton operate on a different wavelength to most of the others we know or have heard about. Isobel, who I believe is a Senior Sales Negotiator there, took on our sale very efficiently and we have been very impressed with her honesty and professionalism throughout.
