Advertising house and viewings were good.
Unfortunately the winter period is not a good time to sell a house and high cost of living is not helpful

Can't fault any of the staff here. Everyone has been extremely helpful and efficient during our process of moving house. Special mention to their in house mortgage advisor Teresa Webb. She's been brilliant at helping us secure a mortgage and with all this dealings with the lender (who proved to be a pain!). Thank to all that helped us here. Would gladly recommend this company.

After visiting the house and after numerous emails and telephone calls, they still haven't provided me with a valuation after two months. Clearly, for some mysterious reason, they don't want to. Obviously, I will not use them to sell the house.

From the first valuation I knew that Travis at Fox and Sons Langney branch was going to look after us and do the absolute best he could to secure the right buyer for our property. Travis talked me through the options, and how a professional photographer would take pictures and draw up a floor plan so the most accurate information was available for potential buyers. There were choices along the way, for example whether we wanted a For Sale board up and Fox and Sons market across the different selling sites such as Zoopla and Right Move so we knew our property would reach those potential buyers. He advised us thoroughly about what would happen and when so we didn't have to chase actions up. Travis kept us consistently updated about the progress of viewings and then, our offers. He has been second to none and professional, friendly and informative throughout. I would say a real asset to the team. We were also lucky enough once we found a property to use the services of Teresa, their mortgage adviser who has been top notch in advising us, following up tasks and letting us know expediently where things are in the process; again we have been informed without having to chase up. another real asset to the team at Fox and Sons Langney. We are yet to exchange and complete but so far our experience has been outstanding. Well done Fox and Sons Langney.

After what feels like forever in searching for a property and dealing with umpteen agents, Fox & Sons certainly stand out a mile and have a very personable approach. Sadly we lost our grandad… and he left his property to our family. At this heartbreaking time , I reached out to Travis @ fox and sons Langley.
He assisted with everything we needed to know about selling the house. He kept us all in the loop and had very good communication with all our family.
They valued the house efficiently and got what our family home deserved. We achieved a very quick sale within ONE day of an open house viewing. We had lots of offers and I’m sure the team and their sales expertises helped achieve this. Thank you Travis and TEAM , you’ve helped our family at a very hard time. Will 100% recommend :)

Thank you to the whole team but especially Travis and Tristian who have been amazing helping my elderly mother sell her home. They have been patient and supportive and very understanding that this process can be very unsettling and have also kept me informed and updated at all times. We recently contacted Fox & Sons for a house valuation to help us decide our next step. Tristan came out to see us for the appointment and from start to finish he was exceptional. Professional, polite and friendly at all times, he gave us a clear valuation, explained their selling/advertising methods and answered all our questions leaving us feeling very positive about the buying/selling process. Tristan also put us in touch with Ian regarding our mortgage and again, the impeccable service continued. Ian was equally friendly and polite and was patient answering all our questions with clear explanations. Neither appointment felt rushed or put us under any pressure.
Although we decided to stay where we are for the time being, I have no doubt that we will be back at some point in the future as/when we decide to move. Highly recommend Fox & Sons and in particular Tristan and Ian. We couldn’t ask for a more professional service whilst maintaining our best interest rather than their own. Absolutely first class.
