We recently sold our bungalow through Bradleys and despite the market slowing down this year through no fault of his or our own, Ian went above and beyond to make sure it sold. He recognised what a beautiful home it was and personally contacted suitable buyers and conducted the viewings to ensure the property was being seen by the right people. Ian always kept us informed with feedback, which ultimately helped us achieve a good sale price. What really stood out was how personalised the whole experience felt. In a world full of apps and emails, Ian kept us updated throughout with regular phone calls and communication. He was always approachable and genuinely cared about helping us through what can otherwise be a stressful process. Recently sold my house in Pevensey through Bradley's. Ian Bradley gave personal service throughout the process and piloted the whole deal expertly. He has impressive local knowledge and understands how important it is to keep the client informed of all developments in the sale. Selling and moving are stressful but Bradley's made it easy and fees were very reasonable. I have used Bradleys homes for nearly 3 years, both for managing and the sale of my property, which went through with out any hassle, there were a few complications, but these were dealt with promptly and in a proffesional manner. Bradleys let my property for the last 2.5 years before I eventually decided to sell it, just a couple of months ago. They were always helpful, conscientious and their attention to detail was first class. I made the mistake of using Bradleys Estate Agents for a rental property that I have in Pevensey Bay. Bradleys were going to let and manage the property for me as I live a long way from Eastbourne. I needed to be sure the rent was collected and the property managed. A tenant moved in on 23 June 2012 for a period of 12 months. In Nov, Dec & Jan 12-13 the tenant paid the rent to Bradleys, but Bradleys did not transfer the rent to me. It has taken me over 2 yrs to get my rent from them through The Property Ombudsman. I was awarded the rent plus £500 compensation. Even though the award was made in January 2015 it still took me another 3 months to get my rent and compensation. I have a 6 page letter from TPO that was damming of Bradleys procedures and systems. So if you have a property that you want to let out and you need a Lettings Agent you can trust to collect the rent and pay it to you and keep records. It might be better to try a decent agent....
