Kiera was very helpful in the marketing and arranging viewings for our house. She was happy to answer all our questions and was very encouraging about our sale.She was also very prompt in replying to emails and texts during this process. In the end we had a very straightforward sale as we swapped houses with our buyer, but that buyer came from one of the early viewings arranged by Monroes.I would recommend Kiera and Monroes without hesitation.

The professionalism and care demonstrated by Monroe Estate agents was almost unbelievable!
The sale of our property was extremely difficult and protracted however Monroe’s professionalism never wavered once. Every single member of staff at our office (Boston Spa) were outstanding!
Please do not even consider another agent ( we moved from another local agent to Monroe) the other agent failed where Monroe succeeded.

Just sold our house with Monroe (Alwoodley Branch) Kiera and Neetu were fantastic keeping us up to date with the progress of the sale and then Neetu took over the progession of the sale,nothing was too much trouble always answering any e-mails and any queries we had .They provided a first class service and they are a credit to the company,if we ever moved again we would definitely use them again.
