Our thanks and best wishes to Priya, the two Laura’s and support team at Fine & Country, Leeds.We completed on the sale of our property in Leathley, Yorkshire, at the end of May 2023. The whole process from valuation to completion was seamless and took about two months. Priya’s professionalism was also a constant, initially demonstrated in her level of preparedness for the valuation visit, followed by clear and timely communications to ensure that any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. He colleagues were similarly helpful and really engaged in the sale of our home!

We were so pleased with the service that we received from the Fine & Country office in Moortown, Leeds.
We sold our old property and bought a new property through this office. The staff were so helpful and walked us through each stage of the process. Priya and Laura were invaluable to us. At times the purchase wasn’t always straight forward and the girls guided us through smoothly and took away our anxieties.

From the very first meeting with Louise Lawrence, Chief Sales Negotiator and Valuer, it was evident she had extensive knowledge and experience combined with a professional and approachable manner.
All these qualities were also demonstrated by every member of the team involved from the valuation, viewings, negotiation and sale completion. Priya has been patient and polite and settled my nerves many times when things were tricky. I would not hesitate to use their services again for another sale. We met with Priya Hundal on 18th July following the death of my father, she came to the house fully prepared having done thorough research and brought sensible examples of brochures and relevant properties in the area for sale. She came presenting a pleasant business like manner and attire.
We chose Fine & Country over the other two local estate agents as they had a reasoned view on selling without trying to promise the world. They put the house on the market and spoke to clients who they new were looking for that sort of property or area. They ensured that any client putting in an offer was capable of getting the finance required and could afford any deposit and fees.
The house had an offer from the first weekend on the market and after a short offer and counter offer agreed a sale. Priya, supported by Louise Lawrence, kept us up to date on the sale and were proactive to inform and keep the chain going until the completion.
Thank you for all your help to make what could have been a difficult and upsetting sale ho so smoothly. I have no hesitation and recommending Fine & Country and especially Priya to look after any house sale or purchase.

Leeds is one of the laid back relax the people there are so sweet and so kind the police department is one of the best I think in my opinion the Court system is great there's a lot of fun things going on there you just need to know where to look
