I went with another estate agent who was going to charge £2400. When they did very little a friend recommended Moor Estates and I transeferred to them. Josh attended every viewing and gave feedback the next day, unlike the other agent who I constantly had to call, and sold our house within 4 weeks all at a cost of £695. I have since put a house that we normally rent out up for sale with Josh and I had a viewer the next day and this sale is currently going through. I can't recommend Moor Estates highly enough!... We had our house on the market for 12 months with three different agents. We barely got any viewings and took it off the market. 6 months later we tried again and used Moor Estates this time, we had three viewings the next day and accepted an offer in the first week. Our first buyer pulled out but thanks to moor estates we had another buyer within a week. The sale is now complete and we couldn't have asked for better. Had we gone with moor Estates two years ago we'd have saved ourselves a lot of heartache. This is the only estate agent I'll use in future!... Read more

Avoid at all cost …….I originally decided to use this company as they were selling the house I wanted. I thought it would just be easier, but I quickly realised this estate agents is iffy at best and has zero customer service and business ethics!!!! After numerous viewings where the company owner turned up after the viewing. Plus viewings turning up without being booked in, and late cancellations by text and generally “iffy” viewings. I started investigating and was told by as source the company was actually only representing me and the house I was trying to buy. Even though its website and shop window was full. It turns out it’s all his mates or families properties (which are not for sale) So I decided to move to a different estate agents and sold my house quickly. Now in the hands of solicitors to complete the chain. I thought that was the end of the nightmare. 8 weeks later and on legally completing the sale of my house, the above estate agent rang my estate agent and told then the property had been sold to someone else. Stating that he and the owners of the house I wanted to buy had told me directly they were progressing with someone else months ago… Obviously not true!!! I can evidence (by text) the house owners didn’t know it was being sold to someone until today (which will be used in my complaint to the ombudsman) Simply ….the estate agent ran a race to contract. Only at the last stage did they advise it was being sold to someone else! At no point did they say it was progressing with another party and can prove it. So this has cost me £,£££ in fixed fee solicitor, its cost the people who technically completed on mine £,£££. All, so this company could maintain a cash flow … simply this this company is all about making a fast buck and will shaft you for a quick cash…. DO NOT USE !!!!... Read more

Left work early to get to a viewing with Moor Estates and they stood us up. Waited about 20 mins outside and no one showed up, it would be nice to be informed if no one was coming or if the property was already let.... Read more

Thank you, the service and effort you made in selling my house was amazing.
