They went above and beyond, and I really couldn’t have asked for more.

I recently purchased a property that was advertised through Whitegates and they kept me updated every step of the way, quite often that meant daily.

I dealt mainly with James (who deserves a shout out all of his own!) and Emma and Lewis were also working alongside him and giving me updates.

The communication between the three of them was extremely impressive and every time I spoke to them on the phone they had a lovely manner and ensured me that nothing was too much trouble.

We first listed our property with a local estate agent and after having a sale fall through with them and not many viewings, it was then that we decided to move to Whitegates. James came to visit our property and was very helpful and gave us a lot of advice, we had many viewings through Whitegates and received regular feedback through Lewis and Emma, within a couple of months Whitegates had sold our property, again advising us during the sale. We had a really poor experience with our Solicitors and Emma and James where constantly chasing them. We have also managed to purchase our next property through Whitegates, and again I can’t thank them enough for how fantastic, especially James with his advice and support. My mum had three estate agents out and felt that James was the most knowledgeable and experienced throughout them all. The Whitegates pack he left the family was far more superior than the competition and we therfore instructed them to sell the property. James took all the photographs, the measurements & typed the property up which we were all very impressed with in such a short space of time. Thankyou to everyone at Whitegates and James in particular! We asked five estate agents to visit our family home. Three were local estate agents, two were online estate agents. Initially from James coming into the property, it showed to our family he was the one to proceed with. James is knowledgeable and came more than prepared compared to the other estate agents. The valuation between the agents were all similar however we proceeded with Whitegates after the back of the first appointment with James. After 14 days we had 3 offers all above the asking price. Whitegates carried out all the viewings and kept ourselves up to date throughout the whole process. We had an issue with the buyers solicitor however Whitegates helped out which got it resolved very quickly. Again thankyou again and we would recommend anyone looking to sell to contact yourselves.

Thanks to Emma, James & Lewis for an outstanding service. Me and my girlfriend bought our first property after being turned away from other mortgage advisors and estate agents. James was able to arrange for myself to see there mortgage advisor who got myself a mortgage in principle within a matter of 24 hours! They put a lot more effort in and were so helpful I could not fault them at all! We were lucky that the property we bought was actually with Whitegates as we didn't really want to deal with anyone else!

We had a very smooth sale and every step of the way there was communication from Caroline and Megan and nothing was too much trouble. I would strongly recommend Whitegates compared to other local agents who once they have your business lack interest.
