Paul and his team made the marketing and selling of my property simple and stress free. Paul has a good knowledge of the local area and market. As an independent family run business their fees are lower than other Hugh Street Estate agents. Paul has been available to answer all my queries and I would highly recommend Revive to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Dealing with revive has been a very positive experience. We have sold properties through revive in the past which has also been trouble free so when this particular property came up we knew with revive being involved then we were dealing with a great family run professional agent. They were there for us every step of the way. If we had any questions or issues they would contact the seller and we would have answers very quickly , all in all a very good company to deal with.

In a word (or two) - absolutely fabulous!
I like to support local, family run businesses, but also want a great service, with competitively priced fees. I certainly got this from Revive.
Paul and Nikki from Revive were professional, friendly and efficient and they did everything possible to assist me in selling my house quickly. I was very pleased with the speed that they got my property onto social media, arranged viewings and found me a buyer.
I found that using a ‘smaller’ company meant that I got a really personal service; instant replies to my phone calls and emails, which took a lot of the worry away from what is a stressful situation.

Revive is a really friendly family business with a great team. They have sales, letting and building teams under one roof, which is particularly useful when a property needs repairs. Both as landlord and as a tenant you can count on timely and good quality support for repairs.
I'd recommend Revive to any landlord looking for a fully managed relationship or any tenant looking for a good quality home.
