Just sold my house with these guys and I don't have a bad word to say about them. This office has recently been taken over and the manager Lewis Kane has it working very well. I was on the market with another agent for 14 weeks with no joy. Gave these guys a try and the house was sold 2 weeks later. Confident, professional service from Lewis and Matthew on sales to the after sales service team who will chase up solicitors etc if you need them to. Effing awful - useless, pointless & backstabbing estate agents - i know estate agents are bad, but these are the worst (especially that 'Ian thing'). Could be particularly rude about him but havent got the energy, he deserves everything crap he gets. Love it how the manager now decides to get involved because of a little bad review. What exactly are you going to do, other than ignore the actual complaint i make and then apologise? Pointless. Better get back to work, that small commission isnt going to earn itself... ...
