Jamie and Aimee from the start were brilliant! They made everything seem so easy, relaxed and stress free. It did take longer then expected for our sale to go through (nothing to do with Reid residential) but the whole time Jamie and Aimee kept us up to date with what was happening and kept it stress free for us. They arranged plenty of viewings for our property and even worked around us with times etc to show people around. I could not recommend them both enough and would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house stress free!

Jamie & Aimee sold our property recently & we couldn’t have asked for better estate agents. They got us a fantastic price really quickly, and although we had a bit of a tricky purchase it we moved super quickly which is just what we wanted. They were great at communicating if we had an issue (and there may have been a few) but there were professional and super helpful & we can’t recommend them enough! I’ve said im never moving again, but if for some reason we do, they’d be the first we call!

After having a house on the market for months with a local corporate agent Jamie proactively knocked on our door asking to sell our house, being very hesitate at first we thought why not give RR Residential a shot after a stale marking campaign with our chosen agent.
Not only did Jamie instantly gain momentum with a initiative marketing strategy, he sold our house within 3 week at the price we wanted.
I cannot recommend Jamie and his company highly enough, the level of service and communication we received was leaps and bounds above any Estate Agent we have ever used.

We recently completed on the sale of our house and Jamie at Reid Residential was absolutely invaluable in seeing this through to completion. Previous estate agents were very withdrawn from the process, making us question why on earth you would pay them thousands if all they do is list your property on Rightmove and then occasionally follow up for an update. Jamie, however, took on the role of chasing our buyer's solicitors sometimes even daily. He would regularly follow-up with me, he was providing down to earth, honest and realistic updates, and was just so incredibly genuine. I've never known anything like it, I'd not expect estate agents to have to call up solicitors and leave messages with secretaries, or email all parties involved chasing for updates, holding people accountable, but that was the position Jamie found himself in throughout our sale and he was absolutely fantastic. He even ended up communicating back answers to our buyer on all the enquiries raised (because their solicitors just weren't communicating)! I am cautious and generally quite anxious, and our poor history of house selling had left us somewhat scarred by the process and very pessimistic about the whole thing. We were left in limbo for so long, whilst our buyer's solicitors raised the same enquiries FOUR times with our solicitors over a course of 5 weeks, leaving our solicitors just as frustrated as us wondering what on Earth was going on. I seriously cannot even fathom where we would be without Jamie's help, and him relentlessly pushing this through to completion. If you are looking to sell your house and you're tempted to go with a more 'established' estate agency I would caution you on doing so. We have had experience with many estate agencies in the Colchester region and felt let down in one way or another by all of them - all very well established and recognised names. Reid Residential blew us away, if you go with them you will not be disappointed.

Just moved into our new house, after Reid Residential sold our property in Stanway. Jamie found us a buyer who loved our house, they hadn’t sold but within 5 days Jamie had signed them up, and sold their property aswell - so they could proceed on ours!
We found Jamie friendly, responsive and great to work with - would recommend using Reid Residential if you want to get your property sold ????
