I cannot fault harwich village homes. Being first time buyers I don’t think this experience could’ve gone better for us. The whole team were professional, helpful and just eager to make this a positive and successful experience. One team member I have to mention by name is Michelle, every week she has been chasing our solicitors and checking on us, by her doing this she really helped with anxiety about being too persistent with them and sorted all our issues. Less than a week until we complete and we owe it all to the team. From the many viewings to the many questions the team never had an issue and we’re the most accommodating with all of our queries. We chose Harwich village to sell our bungalow on a over 55s complex after meeting Paul and his team for the initial valuation. We felt at ease with his local knowledge, the type of property we were selling and the valuation of the property. The rest of the team at Harwich Village were all excellent all the way through from taking pictures/advertising, arranging and viewings. Its not often I award 5 stars as I believe there is always a little room for improvement but dealing with Sarah from Harwich Village Homes this was certainly not the case on the purchase of my property.

I think we all understand the stress moving house generates. My move was no different with the buying chain and the solicitors all needing to be involved in what was a very stressful time. The only thing that made it manageable for me was to know I could always contact Lynn and get a honest answer. Lynn may not have be in at the time of the call but I would always received a call back
I always felt like I was her only customer and was sure she would get me an answer to my question. With Lynn being local she had a great knowledge of the area and the solicitors we deal with in the area.
Lynn is also very sympathetic of what clients are having to deal with which again helped in the moving process.
I would without exception highly recommend Harwich Village Home with Lynn and the team working together to assist the least stressful move possible

Ive used Harwich Village twice recently and I personally wouldn't want to use another agent after recent dealings with them, because I don't think they can be beaten for dedication to the job, professionalism and service to the customer.
Throughout the sale of a recent property, I was kept informed at all stages of the sale, even though it was effected by covid restrictions and proved a difficult transaction.
My own house was sold late last year and the service on that occasion was fantastic too... Especially the wonderful photos taken of my property, so a special thanks to Lynn!!
I would not hesitate to use them again because of all the hard work all the staff put in to sell your property.
They are always happy to help with enquiries and generally just nice people....Not pushy like some of the other agents in the town I have had dealings with in the past and they are very trustworthy too.
So personally.....I wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend HV.

This estate agents are terrible be very careful.if you want your deposit back they give you a photo disc inventory with cleverly taken photos not showing damage stains wear damp.
They use all the tricks in the book to withold and claim against your deposit.
They do nothing for you as a tenent just protect the landlord even when major issues arise in the property response is appaling.
