Are you guys like serious ? I was looking for something to rent and one lady was there willing to help talked with her nd been waiting since last 2-3 months. Recently changed my number tried contacting her and always there’s no answer but anyway that’s okay cause everyone will be occupied with work but then there’s one guy I don’t know his name but he was talking with on call and I was explaining him bout the case he was like” you can look for somewhere else” I said I’m okay to wait if there’s anything coming soon but he was so rude & his tone my godness how can someone speak with the client is such way. And when I said why you being rude to me he just hanged up call saying it’s better if I don’t talk with you ???? such a poor agent who don’t know how to communicate. God bless you!... Read more

Phoned 3 times, and emailed them to arrange a viewing, finally got confirmation of a date and time and home address from 1 of the agents even though 1 promised to call me back, and the other telling they will send details and didn't..... should of been a red flag really. Arrived on time and no one was there. Waited 25 minutes in the cold, and nothing, tried calling but either the office was closed or they were ignoring the call. They did not phone me to say they couldn't make it, and had zero follow up the next day. I've emailed twice today to ask what happened, and of course nothing.... What kind of service is this really? How do you expect to let a home if you do not turn up? Is this how you expect to treat customers? You enjoy wasting peoples time? If you enjoy having your time wasted, by all means try and contact these Morgan Knight.... Read more

I was buying a house through them 49 church road E12 dealing with critopher we made offer seller except the offer on property I asked Christopher reassuasurance from vender so we don't loose money again he promised me he said I know this seller when he say yes he don't change we trusted him done survey surches and then critopher and seller solicitor stop replying to our emails and call then we found they want 10%uncoconditional deposit which my solicitor refuses to pay actually they were dealing with two buyer at same time then they decide to go with other buyers without informing us very dodgy seller and agent we end up paying so much money due to these unprofessinals it's karma gone come to both of them they my life been miserable in this difficult time we need every single penny we wasted due to these stupids I gone take them and seller to small claim coura to teach them lesson so they don't do same with no one again... Very very unprofessional and dishonest. Took £300 for reference check. Teams are Very rude and behave inappropriate manner. Never ever keep promise. As long as receive money, don’t reply back to queries. Always lies and not acceptable their way of work. They are just doggy guys .... Read more
