Had the unfortunate luck of using this company as our agents to let our property based on recommendations from family member as these guys were meant to be practising. Suffice to say they were in fact the opposite, never kept to their words, didn’t increase rent and downright ignoring instructions to remove tenants. Kept saying they are waiting on x y z but nothing ever materialises. Do not use them! It cost us so much money in trying to remove them and the tenants and still not resolved!

The worst run agency in London. Poor customer service. Bunch of ????. Harroon is the worst owner in the history of any business. Never will do business with them again. Don't recommend them at all.Rude staff and pathetic service.

beginning of our tenancy there were serious issues which were never addressed. Such as; flooding throughout the flat (which damaged both personal and work equipment), the front door lock ceasing to work as well as the balcony door, etc. All issues that were only prevalent after moving in. Property Link seems to be proactively trying to keep their role in the tenancy unclear in order to take advantage and not accept responsibility. While the property was marketed at above the average rental price in the area, this property did in fact not reflect that. In the unprecedented and unforgiving time of a global pandemic (COVID-19), Property Link took a proactive stance on keeping their best interests in check whilst simultaneously threatening us with damage to our credit scores if rent was not paid on time and in full.
Avoid these crooks at all cost, as dealing with either them or their questionably associated partners (MoveSmart) will lead to both financial and emotional distress.

Absolutely awful service, was given a half built flat that required weeks of construction work from the start (not mentioned), flooded within a month and a whole array of other issues. Nauman Raja, along with his team of disillusioned cronies are rude, dishonest and almost satirical in how little they care for their clients. At the end of the tenancy they threatened to drag out our deposit repayment unless we paid them nearly £1000; which they suggested we do in cash to 'avoid further trouble'! Bunch of con artists, stay away at all costs.

Didn’t receive a great service. One thing they were clear was fees. Was at a property for 6 months, maintenance issue was never resolve had to leave due to this. Very unfair!!

We used Property Link to buy our first property. We received first class service and focused attention from Mr Nauman Raja. He went out of his way to make sure we are guided through the process and that the sale is being moved forward. He even assisted us in dealing with the solicitors. Despite some of the delays in the process ( due to lease extension) we were moved in really short time. The personal touch, attention to detail and down right honesty are the best qualities that you can expect from Mr Raja and the Property Link brand.
