Absolutely terrible service. After 10+ years of renting with them, the last 5 years went in trying to get our property back. Breached GDPR - would not let us have our own file after SAR (reported to ICO). The tenants have destroyed our property and Easymove passing it as "normal wear and tear" pics attached to show otherwise. They failed to inspect the property from time to time to avoid the damage and allowed more than 11 people live in a 3 bedroom house without authority which we found out when we visited the property during the eviction period. I am very disappointed with the service and knowledge of laws governing letting by the agents working at this company.

Best Letting Agent in London I have dealt with.
Easymove are the only letting agents I trust with my properties. In my many years of renting properties I have never come accross a pro active and thurrough letting agent who are willing to take time out and advise of the best option to proceed with. They select the tenants and go through the referencing with a fine tooth comb, my experience is they want to select the right tenants and not just any tenant. I have used there management service with my property in Barking and in 10 years cannot fault them, this is why I have used them again and again. Extremely disappointed with this after giving them my property for 10+ years.
These guys were very good when they started and I personal gave my property to Aftab.
But now they have street boys working with them who have no decency to reply emails in a professional manner.
Have given notice to vacate my property for over 6 months and these crooks ignoring me.
I have all my documents ready to complain to the relevant bodies and to the council.

Awful service and unprofessional staff. They asked me to place an offer and deposit right after viewing. Yet when the landlord turned down our offer, it takes ages to send our money back. The staff have no training in customer service. They change the criteria all the time. They didn’t communicate with landlord as well which wasted my time to find the right property. Absolute disgusting customer service by the maintenance department. I was locked out of house house, needed help to get back in to my property- was lied to about not having enough people being in the office as it was lunchtime to help me out ( when the phone was answered by different people each time I called) Initially I was told help will be provided after 30 min, which later turned to 1 hour. After the hour I was told to wait outside my property for another hour and that if I wasn’t able to go to the office dragging 3 minor children to collect the extra set of keys then I had to wait outside my house with them until 4pm to see if anyone in the office will be free to help- that help to was not guaranteed. Spoke to a Zhana William who claimed to be the manager-she showed on empathy towards my situation. She clearly needs training on how to speak and behave towards people seeking help.

Fantastic agents, very honest and reliable. I put my house on rent from 2015 to 2018 and received rent on time every month, they dealt with any problems very amicably.
I sold my property recently, they were very hardworking and helpful, they got me the best sale i could've gotten. I do not regret working with them and recommend them to all.

As a Landlord using Easymove, I would say that they are heavily weighted to support Landlords rather then the Tenants that are in a property. I have been sent several emails from tenants complaining of issues within my property which Easymove have ignored or given incorrect advice back to the Tenants without letting me know about them. After seeing how they operate after using them for a couple of years I would NOT recommend them as they seem to run a unprofessional setup geared to make money for themselves and have no duty of care for those people renting through them. If you care about ensuring the people who rent your own property are treated fairly as possible then please stay away from Easymove.

I have recently come on to the guaranteed rent scheme with Easy Move. I have nothing but praise for the work ethic and professionalism of all members of Easy Move however especially Tariq Ahmed and Majid Sabir as I have dealing with them specifically.
I had problematic tenants from another agency and I was provided expert advice by Tariq Ahmed and Majid Sabir in removing these tenants as well as full support and guidance whilst going through the eviction process from submitting the court paper work to getting an eviction date.
They did not stop there however, they also helped me to bring my property back up to standard for the guaranteed rent scheme and arranged for all works to be completed within a short space of time and then finally rented the property out.
I can now enjoy my cuppa with one less worry on my mind as they will be looking after my property and ensuring everything goes smoothly during the course of our agreement!!!

After having a very bad experience with another high street estate agent, we were recommended Easymove by a family member. From my first phone call with Aftab, we knew we were putting our rental property in the right hands - Aftab gave us constructive feedback after viewing our property and was straight to the point regarding pricing and marketing. Once our property was listed, Aftab booked a very good number of viewings the first weekend. Mounir kept us regularly updated by phone regarding viewings and feedback. In the end, our house was rented out quickly, to great tenants and at the price I initially discussed with Aftab.

When we first started investing in properties it was Aftab Shah from Easymove who sold us our first property. We then went onto rent through the agency as they offered a lettings service. Fast forward 9 years it is Aftab who is selling our properties and achieving the maximum potential from our properties. The whole sales team of Easymove are a delight to work with. rent a property from Easymove and compared to other estate agents it has been stress free. When I first looked at the property there was a fair bit of work that needed doing within the property, an inspector attended the property ain't I raised my concerns regarding the works, within a couple of weeks I had contractors attending my property and my flat was done up to a more than suitable standard. As estate agents generally have a negative reputation, I was naturally a little cautious when putting my house up for sale. Out of all the agents I had round for valuation, Aftab Shah from Easymove had given me a fair valuation and had taken his time in explaining the process and their services, and therefore I decided to go with Easymove.
Easymove have definitely proved me wrong and are an exemplar on how an honest estate agency should behave. Their customer service has been extremely good, and all staff members have been professional and friendly at all times.
Aftab & Mounir guided me from the beginning from when prospective buyers came to view the house, through the whole sale process where I was regularly updated with the progress and till the point when I had to hand over the keys.

Ive just rented a property through Easy Move and the service i recieved has been exceptional. From the moment i was booked in for the viewing, i was kept upto date by Mounir through the whole process and within a few days of submitting my documents, we signed the contract and got the keys to my flat.
I moved in on a friday evening and Mohammed moved me in to the property, showed me how to use everything and he higlighted a few minor issues that needed sorting out. I was not expecting these to get done until the following week but suprisingly Easy Move arranged for the repairs to be done the following day, on a Saturday!!! Excellent service from the management team. Its been such a pleasure dealing with them.

When I first met Aftab he told me if I went with there guaranteed rent scheme my property will be maintained, rent will be paid irrespective of occupation and given back in the condition they took it, taking into consideration fair wear and tear. I have had my property returned to me at the end of last year as I wanted to sell up and was so impressed with the standard they returned it in I ended up selling through Easymove’s sales team. I just completed a 2 year tenancy with Easymove Estate agents and i have to say they were a delight to work with. Finding a property to rent was an easy smooth process, the lettings team were very helpful in finding us a property and doing up all the paper work. About a month before I was due to move out the managment team carries a pre check out and provided me with a list of works that I could be held responding solve for which could result in deductions from my deposit. Ok looking at the reviews its either 1 star or 5 star. The 5 star reviews are for those who easy move have either sold a property for or have brought a property for. In other words the people have only seen the best side of easy move due to faking it to be their best friend so that they can sell or buy a property for them. In reality once they have the money dont expect a call back.
Now as for the tenants renting .Please avoid these scammers . You will not get your deposit back no matter what.
I rented a house from easy move and i had my mother living there. The house was spotless however when it came for the landlord to sell the property they used deceitful tactics to evict me. Without giving me back my deposit or any notice.

I just read review of Sharbani Bhattacharya and it's reminded me my bad experience 3 years ago when exactly same they dealt with me, it was very paining. I left my deposit with them and never went back to see them because I did not have time to go and argue with them, they were just talking rubbish and tried to make irrelevant reasons to eat our deposit. These people at first were friendly. Throughout our time renting their property we kept the flat always looking good as new. There were no complaints from the estate agent who were managing the prperty on behalf of tge landlady.. When we left the property they took most of our deposit coming up with lies and excuses regarding damages to
the property. Which we were not informed until we left the premises. This estate agent are fraudsters and scammers. They are using tenant's deposit to carry out extra work in property instead of using the landlord's own money and are getting away with it. Don't know what other illegal dodgy things they are doing. Be careful!!!!!

I am so angry with one of staff there, me and my husband wanted to rent a flat from them even tho we had some problem with credit score and told them about it and they said it's fine won't cause any problems and paid £320 deposit and then they said we have problem with our deposit and. Then wouldn't give our money back. This was two years ago still haven't got our mone!! Fraud!

The worst of all the estate agents I have seen . People be care full with them as they take our your deposit and wont return to you even if you have cleaned and return them the property in good condition.
They wont entertain your requests and say its your responsibility and to get reply / get hold of a concerned person .. you will have to chase them up for ages and every time you call that person will be out of office.
Very much disappointed with their service and behavior. The attitude of the staff in regards to customer calls its worse and they wont even care for the customer satisfaction.

Appalling, disgraceful and dire customer service. As a landlord I would NOT recommend EasyMove. They're extremely unprofessional, arrogant, rude and operating a shoddy business where there is reason to believe Directors have conflict of interest with a Maintenance Company they use for all services related to property management and repairs. An employee hung up during a conversation with no reason to explain beforehand and no apology after the event.
Easymove directors own the maintenance company so not only do they charge the landlord for services they have not delivered but they have taken undue advantage of my vulnerability as I lived abroad at the time. A win win for them.
Stay away from them. They will not look after landlord interests nor a tenants rights only their own where they sponge money out of you. Its EasyMoney for EasyMove!
They're negligent attitude has left my property in an awful and damaged state where my tenants were not cared for either. Their "promise of service" pledge is laughable, untrue and a serious case of misrepresentation.
Bye the way, no apology has been forthcoming as yet.

My first night I found dozens of cockroaches,the main electric cupboard doesn't have a secured lock, the kitchen is full of grime and I mean grime I moved the cooker to find about 70 mice droppings they told me they had done a health and safety check and deep cleaned the property and it passed I have children one of an age 20 months. They are rude and would not recommend anyone to rent or buy a property from them.

Have to give them one star as there isn't a option for zero most Un professional rude estate agent I have ever had to deal with these people are managing the flat upstairs whilst doing so they have damaged and ruined ours downstairs this has been going on for a year it's only now I'm getting results by taking them to court awful people awful service awful full stop

I have just bought a flat through Easymove and found them to be professional, committed, responsive and friendly. They pulled out all the stops to make sure the sale went through, even though there were some sticky moments. They contacted me regularly to let me know how everything was progressing and always got back to me if I called. I would recommend them very strongly.

We have been landlords renting our property out through Easymove for over 3 years and have experienced a high standard of communication and professionalism with them during this time. We worked closely with Aftab who offered a quick solution to any problems we encountered and was always friendly and professional. We have now sold the property through Easymove and I can not recommend them enough. Aftab dealt with the process throughout this sale and was on top of letting us know what was happening at anyone time, never did we have to chase them for information and our queries were dealt with quickly. I would not hesitate in recommending them to either rent or sell your property through them and say a huge thank you to his polite and hard working team.

I lived in a property managed by these folks till two weeks ago. Been renting in the past and this was the best experience Ive had so far. Guys were honest and straight forward. Sometimes it got quite frustrating as they insist to inspect every couple of months but then they would get work done fairly quickly so overall I was happy for them to come in and check the property regularly.
Gave me my deposit back within a week by cheque with no hassle. Would definitely recommend them.

Exasperating..avoid..avoid...avoid. Can't begin to say how disappointed I am with this Estate Agent and all should avoid them like the plague. Everytime you call to speak to a particular person it's always their day off!! How many days off in one week can any person have!! Messages/ Phone calls are very rarely returned.They make promises they cannot deliver and I'm a BUYER. You have been warned

Worst Property Agents I have ever met. I was utterly disappointed and also surprised that how they are even allowed to run a business. They do not attend your complains at all let alone solving them. I bet you will have to spend days to talk to the concerned person. A total mess

To give Easymove a 1 star is already too much.
Was buying a flat through them. They kept delaying a process unable to pass a message to a vendor that his lawyers are not doing a thing, until vendor pulled out. You never get hold of a right person after leaving 10-20 messages, eventually someone may bother and call you back. Easymove is absolute disgrace, unable to manage a sale process. Lost money because of them needed to pay all my fees, and they didn't even bother to clearly explain what has happened. Avoid them at any cost!!!

Well to put them in terrible category would be a favour to them yes someone would say this is kind of exaggeration but not at all and I can give many citations to prove their sheer inability to manage the properties. EasyMove guys are simply non professional,rude and Non Committed
(1) Contrary to their name EasyMove, They r difficult,complex to deal with. Instead of providing best customer service They try hard (consciously or unconsciously) to give you a tough time
(2) They are difficult to even approach ,you will call them a whole day to just get to the right person and trust in me you will be miserably fail to get to the person.
(3) And in weeks if you are lucky to get hold of right person, you will have to wait months (literally months) to get the job done. I had a tiny work to be done in property and had to wait more than 3 months to be completed so imagine what a nightmare.they promised and forgot,they deny even their own made commitment
(4)After giving you property on rent, they do not bother to listen to you,what they care is about the rent. We pay in time rent and when we faced a problem in property we have to chase the concerned person for weeks even to complain let alone the work to be done.
I will strongly advise not to use EasyMove property agent.
