It's been a pleasure working with Easymove during our entire rental processing. The team have been very helpful and accomodating especially Zak Ali who was there supporting us from the viewing time until we finally got the keys for the new flat, making sure everything is in place. Absolutely terrible service. After 10+ years of renting with them, the last 5 years went in trying to get our property back. Breached GDPR - would not let us have our own file after SAR (reported to ICO). The tenants have destroyed our property and Easymove passing it as "normal wear and tear" pics attached to show otherwise. They failed to inspect the property from time to time to avoid the damage and allowed more than 11 people live in a 3 bedroom house without authority which we found out when we visited the property during the eviction period. I am very disappointed with the service and knowledge of laws governing letting by the agents working at this company.

They are very concern about their tenants. very recently I was reported one health and safety issue and this agency responded to the problem quickly and solve that issue sensitively. I would like to thanks specifically two staffs of easy move; Glenn and Irfan. As a client,I really appreciate their communication skill and their friendly behaviors.

Asad and the team at EasyMove handled the sale of my Buy To Let property (with tenant) in East London and were truly impressive. They were not only highly professional and diligent throughout, but also really down-to-earth. Their advice on my legal rights dealing with a previous pushy agent was invaluable and saved me a significant sums of money at the end. Plus, they were proactive in coordinating everything, ensuring the whole process was wrapped up within just five weeks from offer – something others thought would be impossible.
