From day one Nikky Douse has been fantastic. She is extremely customer friendly, (you almost feel as though you have gained a friend at the end) very efficient at her job and very helpful in fulfilling our dreams with our new home. If there was ever anything she was unsure of she always come back very quickly with the answer. She is a true asset to Morris Homes, I hope Morris treasure her! The site manager Jim and Pawan (assistant) have been most helpful and so caring in trying to sort any snagging issues with our home. We really feel that they care about our home and making sure we are happy and settled in. Even the builders themselves are very friendly and polite on site. Dawn Dolloway resolved everything for us and any concerns we had, we have never seen any directors of a company to be so attentive, caring and understanding. The quality of the house is on the highest level, of course all new houses have snagging issues but they have almost all been resolved. To even go the extra mile in understanding we do not have our bins delivered yet and to pick up our rubbish every day is a true reflection of how caring and superb Morris Homes are. We visited Morris homes on alconbury weald with a view to looking around at purchasing, however we were meet by the sales rep Nicky, who from start to finish is brilliant! we walked in mid october and collected our new keys 2 months later, little stress as well! this was our first home so we didn't know exactly what we were doing however nicky helped us every step and made us feel comfortable, even when we keep visiting for small questions. couldn't recommend speaking to nicky enough. as with any new build you do have snagging issues but we have had nothing major and have always been meet with how they can be solved.
