Nice houses just a pity no one cares about how they are finished, too many unacceptable faults and in places looks like they have employed stevie wonder as a decorator. Communication is spasmodic during the sales process and had to ask for updates. Customer care on completion is lacking. Its as if you have to justify your existence. Mould growing on skirting boards is acceptable apparently. Many of the faults found could have easily have been picked up on installation and be pre completion sign off. It's as if the site manager doesn't care and just building to meet targets... Read more

Great location and great looking houses. Sales rep very helpful and forward. After care is awful. We had over 150 snags on our house and 4 years on still not correct. 4 years in and we have been notified that our garden fence is in the wrong place meaning we will lose a section of the garden. Customer services very unhelpful even at director level. Site manager is often rude and shouts. Work on site generally starts around 7am. Great neighbours and community sprit but find the after care is very poor.... Read more

As someone who has been called to work on these poorly finished homes I can only say how appalling I find the standard of workmanship. I would advise anyone to have a good look around inspect every thing measure everything doors to make sure furniture will fit through gaps around the windows outside no more than 5mm of sealant brickwork finished properly i could go on i have worked on lots of them just be aware no rose tinted glasses because it's new...
