Morris property estates were professional and friendly from the get go. Organizing a viewing was an easy and pleasant process. Upon viewing the property we were met by the agent who was very welcoming and happy to discuss any questions. The application was thorough but the agent was happy to help along the way. Ive found the customer service excellent at Morris property estates and hope I'm happy in the propery for a long time to come.

Having rented a property from a landlord that used morris property as the letting agents, i can say that I have had numerous issues with these agents. As a tenant the last thing you want is the letting agents calling you saying you have not paid, well in 2 years this happened on 3 separate occasions, each time resolved to be an error on morris properties part. Although they where apologetic, its still not acceptable and as a tenant that pays early without fail its worrying. In the past Emails have been missed or ignored, email etiquette has been awful and their communication to the landlord regarding property issues was very patchy. I cannot recommend them after the experience I have had.

I was unfortunate enough to need an Emergency repair amidst the covid 19 pandemic. I rang the Emergency repair number at Morris Property and was very impressed with the level of customer service. Des from Morris Property got straight on to the tradesman who promptly came to the rescue. It's a little bit like car/house insurance in that you only find out how good they are should you have the misfortune to have to use them. Would 100% recommend Morris Property.

We have bought a few properties from Morris properties, and they are also the letting agents for 3 of our properties... extremely professional, very competitively priced... and do an exceptional job from advertising, finding, vetting tenants, Moving in and moving out... our tenants are also happy, which is very important to us also.
In this area I wouldn’t use any other agent. Highly recommended.

From our initial viewing up until moving in, Morris Property has been fabulous. Nothing was too much to ask; whenever I needed anything at all the help was there for me. Paperwork was all clear and professionally explained to me prior to signing, they evaluated our circumstances and really did their best to help and advise me. I'm a first time mover, everyone was very friendly everything was explained clearly from arranging a viewing to signing up, I got support through the whole process. Inquiries or repairs are handled pretty quick, can't complain at all. Will definitely be sticking with Morris Property for a while.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. They are by far the worst estate agent I have ever come across. They lie to your face and deny it as soon as you have signed there contract. I had to get a lawyer to claim some of my deposit back. You are better off living on the streets rather dealing with them. They are a joke, anything but professional, I am not sure how they are allowed to operate. Someone please report them to the appropriate agency

please contact me urgentky re very odd behaviour regarding your rental agent. a board was put out side my property. a neighbour removed it as they know it attracts crime in our area. i haven't met the agent. simply made an enquiry and asked him about letting property. he was going to bring people without viewing the property or talking to me directly. why he suddenly put a board outside very disturbing indeed.

Really good experience with Morris Property - in particular Bernie and Elise. Me and my partner had to move urgently due to issues with current property. Our application was dealt with extremely efficiently in order to move us in quickly. Both very friendly and hard working. Would recommend!

“Morris Properties are true professionals and a joy to deal with.”
In all my dealings, they have been responsive, courteous and action orientated. They have continually sourced good high quality tenants that frequently re-sign upon contract completion. In addition, sourcing new tenants is never an issue as my apartment has never been empty more than 2 weeks since signing with Morris Properties.
I have had cause to deal with many letting agents and none come even close to being as trustworthy and professional as Morris Properties.
