What an excellent service and consistently attentive, well managed, happy, friendly, efficient, kind, team of people. Huge thanks to Jack for the intro to Revilo, Thom, for the straight talking, non invasive presence when valuing our home for sale. His pictures reflected the life in our home and I loved that. He supported us and was available, never felt like I was asking too many questions. I appreciated his management of my expectations, it really helped! Excellent at his job and genuinely invested in our success. Dylan has been the best lynchpin! I was looking to buy as well as sell and he managed everything. Dylan is supportive and considerate, organised (these people are efficient, each person is able to multi task but remain very focused and professional). Dylan, reminds you gently that you aren’t in this on your own, he reinforces that with every contact and I very much respect and appreciate the effort he made to smooth this process. Neil has been fantastic in helping with the money side and for me, it matters that things are all in one space, easy to manage, for those of us with busy lives or adverse experiences, it was affordable and less invasive (multi agency information sharing is pants) than it might have been. They were brilliant with the viewings, they request feedback efficiently in a format I like, we all text, and that’s just great that you can quickly communicate. They send feedback efficiently, and nobody sensationalises the sale, they guide you through the process and celebrate the wins with you as well as that reassurance you’re not on your own when it’s a bit scary! I’ve not quite moved out yet, but so far, I’ve felt really well supported.
