A relative of ours recently passed away while renting one Cowell Norfords propertys and the help an other relative tried to receive from the company was none,he was even told if he didn't remove the clients furniture it would be put in storage and charged for it. disgusting!.

I have amended this as following this original 4* review I was contacted by the agents and asked to upgrade to 5*. I refused.
A few weeks back I contacted them via Rightmove with an enquiry about a property they had listed. I have received no contact whatsoever. If they were selling my property I wouldn't be impressed with inflated reviews and/or ignoring portal leads.
My advice? Use another agent.

Thank you for your great customer service at Cowell Norford! Craig promised to sell our house in 7 days. It was sold within 3 days! This meant we could then secure an offer on a property we had seen listed with Cowell Norford. All staff are approuchable and easily contacted by phone or email.
Would definately recommend Cowell Norford to sell your house!

The most impressive aspect of Cowell Norford was Christina expediting information from the chains' other estate agents and solicitors - keeping us informed of progress and what we needed to do. The best? - Cowell are definitely one of the best agents in Rochdale if not the best. They have a good structure where everyone plays a specific role (instead of people trying to manage different tasks) from Craig who came out to view my property for sale and gave me a valuation, to Jonny who proactively kept in touch with me till I took them on as an agent, to Dominique who has been a star keeping me up to date regularly, being responsive with communication and negotiating the sale of my property. I would use these guys again and would be happy to recommend them.

So pleased I decided to sell my house with the team at Cowell Norford. Dominique has handled the initial sale of my house and purchase of a new property. From the start she has kept me fully informed, is always available by text, phone or email to handle any queries and has managed to negotiate the best selling price on my behalf. She has been super positive, efficient and professional throughout. Chased up other agents in the chain and in a matter of a few weeks has secured the sale and purchase.
