but after months i was in the property i found out that the deposit + last month rent i paid never been protected via the TDP (deposit scheme). I assume they ve been pocketed and spent since Rob vanished without any explanation. It's sad to put your trust in a professional business when you are a foreigner and a student with no knowledge of UK housing laws, and then find yourself scammed (really do not intend to offend nobody, but it has all the criteria to be called in this way). First of all the day i signed up the contract themanager asked me to leave a positive review about his business. This sounded a bit strange to me since usually a review is asked when the experience ends and not when it has yet to begins! But i paid not enough attention to this which instead was a wake-up call! AVOID!!! We went for their first viewing of the day and wanted to take the flat so we were told to give our details and we'd be sent an email with payment details for the deposit. The email didn't come so we called and were assured it's ours and they just needed to sort something out. No email the next day so we called again and were told some stupid story about a inventory check which was keeping them from sending the email and later we've got the call they gave it to someone else. The agent who showed us the flat wasn't answering his phone during that time. I've never experienced such a shady behaviour. I hope this review helps someone to avoid this agency (it caused us to lose another flat as we thought we've got this one). Terrible disappointment!!! All these 5 star reviews are most likely fake or friends and families of the employees.... Read more

Very unkind and rude, unpleasant experience. I went there to do a viewing. I was treated as a potential criminal who is unable to pay for the future rental fees. The manager Rob seemed very dubious if I can pay for the rent, I was asked how I am going to pay for rent, what kinds of job I would get, even though I said I can provide the bank statement which shows that I have sufficient savings to cover the rental fees. All other agents have never asked me such personal questions and said bank statement is enough. The employee who led a viewing for me instead of the manager seemed that he does not have any authority to do anything. Go there if you want to be treated as a potential criminal.... Read more

Inquired about a flat received a reply asking for my contact details and availability. After answering the e-mail I've received the same presumably template email asking me about my contact details and availability. I have received that e-mail 4 times. The last one a month after my last e-mail sent to them. I also tried to call them and was promised to be called back in 10 minutes. That was also a month ago.... Took my money somewhere else and today I rent a lovely flat through someone else. Reading the comments it was a lucky escape.... Read more
