She took the time to understand our situation and what we were looking for (both as sellers & buyers), and was supportive when answering queries & finding out extra information in order to help us get the full picture. Her communication was excellent, and throughout our time working with her, she consistently made us feel like a priority. We also really appreciated how she bought professionalism along with a human touch - this was so appreciated and really helped as we navigated different elements of our move. We also worked with Shaun in the Highgate branch on our sale, whose experience and support was also really reassuring and appreciated. We'd highly recommend working with the KFH team in Highgate!

He went over and above from the initial interaction, to chasing information and managing issues with GoodLord's system when it came to finalising contracts. Always professional yet still personal enough to feel that he actually cares. Highly recommend.

Despite not finding a flat on this occasion due to various reasons, Jed offered lots of professional advice throughout and showed us some really great and suitable flats. 22nd Feb 2026 (16 days ago)My first dealings with the excellent Chestertons at Islington were with the very experienced, professional and friendly Graham Stubbs, who gave me an accurate ball park valuation of my property and much useful advice beside.<br>When I eventually came to sell, Graham arranged for this to be done “Off Market” with their own client list being targeted.<br>The junior team involved in showing clients around were all, without exception, highly personable. Roberto Albrecht, in particular, was exceptional. Nothing was a problem, everything was clearly explained, he returned calls very promptly.and was at all times, a pleasure to deal with.<br>The property obtained its asking price within just two weeks.<br>I cannot recommend Chestertons Islington highly enough - real professionalism, reliable advice and a delight to deal with, to my mind the gold standard in London Estate Agency.

All the staff I dealt with on the phone, via email and in person (Elliott, Bobby, Adam, Bradley, Billy) were polite, professional and helpful. They gave sound advice and kept me up to date with progress. I'm pleased this independent business is successful as it deserves to do well.

It’s refreshing to meet a consultant with great values and relationships across the business! 5 stars with the service to match!

Despite several external delays that were outside of everyone’s control, Alessandra remained fully committed to supporting us in completing the agreement. She was proactive and consistently took action to help move the process forward including consistently chasing third party operators. Even when we faced external obstacles that could have slowed everything down, she did everything within her capacity to mobilise the necessary steps and accommodate our requests.<br><br>Hanan was equally diligent and supportive. She ensured that both the tenant’s and the landlord’s rights were protected and handled appropriately. She provided clear guidance on both minor and major matters and was consistently responsive, even at short notice.

She was knowledgeable during viewings and always offered to find answers to any additional questions we had. Although we didn’t find the right property with Marsh & Parsons, I’d recommend Natalia’s services without hesitation!

20th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)100+ Days of Disrepair and two weeks of Displacement – Incompetent Management<br><br>I am writing this as a warning to other tenants. We have been living with an active bathroom leak since it was first reported to Garrison Estates on November 11th, 2025. Despite 100+ days of notice, the property has been left in a state of disrepair that has now forced us out of our home.<br>We have been totally displaced for 12 days because the bathroom floor is saturated and unsanitary. After waiting weeks for a "planned" replacement, the management’s contractor failed the installation due to a basic "alignment issue"—resulting in the broken, leaking unit being reinstalled and us being told to wait even longer.<br>The lack of professional oversight, the use of incompetent contractors, and the disregard for statutory habitability (Landlord and Tenant Act 1985) is staggering for an agency with this rating. We are currently paying full rent (£2,350/month) for a property we cannot live in, while management offers excuses about "supplier timings" and "alignment."<br>Until this is resolved with a full repair and a fair rent rebate for our loss of amenity and displacement, we cannot recommend Garrison Estates. Prospective tenants: be wary of how your maintenance issues will be handled once you sign the contract.<br>From reading other reviews it seems this is not a one off.

Buying my first home felt like a big deal, and these guys were there 24/7 for support and guidance. Genuinely couldn’t fault the service I’ve received and would contact them again and again for buying or selling. Thank you both so much!
