We have just sold a flat using Winkworth's KT, having been recommended by a friend who also used them, and have nothing but praise for their service. They were helpful, efficient, knowledgeable - and nice! Their hard work resulted in us getting a final sale at considerably more than the asking price.
Terrible service, disorganised and deceptive. Held back numerous problems with the flat (constantly blocked drains, broken windows frames, missing attic door, broken fridge) which they have know about for years. They didn't give us a contract to assess until after we had paid the holding feee, deposit and first months rent. Never reply to our emails or calls. Months later, we're still waiting on the repairs. One star is one too many.
Fatma was a great help in our lettings search. She took the time to understand what we were looking for as tenants, and went out of her way to find it for us (rather than simply being reactive). She was very easy to communicate with and very professional.
Other than setting up camp in KFH offices, I’m unsure what more we can do to cajole the agents into solving the numerous problems they have created for us with regards to our rental. Our constant calls and emails have been met with various non-answers which has left us in an unclean property, filled with litter with plaster falling from the walls and no keys. What a disaster - avoid letting from KFH at all costs!

Terrible experience with this estate agent. I rented a property in Highgate through them, which was a nightmare from start to finish. I was hurried to move in only to find that things like blinds facing a busy street, had failed to be installed in the property, as I requested in the contract, raw wood stairs not carpeted as promised, the property was dirty, although just refurbished (old fish left in a fridge to rot). Once the blind problem had been resolved, it was clear that Dexters wanted nothing more to do with management of the property and revealed that the property was actually managed by the landlord. I have rented in London for over 10 years and never dealt with a more difficult, irresponsible, problematic individual. Before departure, after paying my rent in full, I requested an earlier checkout as I was in the process of moving country and cleaned the property professionally. It made sense, as the landlord would be able to get double rent effectively. Georgie Cole from Dexters decided to instruct the landlord not to approve. She was rude, unhelpful and completely acting in the interests of the landlord without any respect for a tenant who had paid rent on time and kept the property in excellent condition, there was no discussion. You're a disgusting, greedy agency and I hope that as many people as possible will find out how you treat your tenants. I wish companies like you took responsibility for your lack of professionalism and suffer the consequences. It's a shame that the bloated London property market encourages such poor behaviour from agencies such as this.

Drivers were managing agents for our property for several years. Appalling service doesn't even begin to cover it.
The most glaring problem - Little to no communications. Emails largely go unreplied to and phone messages aren't followed up. Even then, trying to arrange for Drivers and Norris to sort out repairs is akin to attempting to recreate the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel with both your hands on fire.
Their shoulder-shrugging indifference to every issue, no matter how severe, will make your life miserable.
