Had a great experience finding a property to rent with Siobhan Madden. At the beginning of the process she made sure to send us only properties that were tailored to our specifications. She was also very accommodating and flexible when we needed to arrange viewing times. The rental process itself was incredibly smooth. Siobhan was very communicative and efficient and the Foxtons online system made the whole process very easy. The whole process was complete within a few days of us making the offer. Would highly recommend Siobhan to anyone looking for a property in Islington.
Just awful experience. I need to find a property within 3 weeks. I met Antoinette. She told me that she can't send me pictures of the properties and I need to see for myself. That I don't know if I would like something unless I see it. Very rude! She told me to go on Zoopla to look at pics. How unprofessional! What are they paying you for?? Then she just left without saying goodbye.
Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward Highgate Estate Agents provided a great service which was well supported... their requirements and processes were also well documented and simple to follow given the online services provided.
Replies to any additional queries I raised were apt and prompt.

Absolute joke, didn't turn up to a couple of my viewings when i started looking. In the end i saw a property that i wanted to buy through another agent and have now moved in. Get better service in KFC not KFH

Aside from that, she really gets your needs and puts an extra effort on all of the details and that makes her the very best!
By far the worst customer service that I’ve ever come across. We have lived in the property for almost 2 weeks now and still have not received the correct keys. They gave us one of keys and told us we had to get more cut because we moved in late! What is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! After complaining there eventually gave us another set but then the lobby key did not work! I was informed by the landlord that she had told them that they had to get the lobby key done by a specialist key cutter, they obviously didn’t listen to a word of that. We currently still do not have keys when I messaged them about it, I was told I had to return the keys because they were a lot of money! You can understand why it’s the worst customer service I have ever come across. They did not apologise for giving us the wrong set of keys they have not said that they are going to get more cut even though it is in the contract. The complete absurdity of this whole situation irritates the hell out of me! That I can’t even get into the property that I’m paying for.
But there is more! When we moved into the property of the hot water wasn’t working! It is still not working we have to get a new boiler! They said they checked it a couple days before we move in but the way the company is managed I very much doubt they did. We also have problems with the furniture that is unusable! The table in the living room is completely wonky the chairs scrape against the wooden floor, so at the minute I’m eating my dinner on the sofa. Until my order comes through on Amazon because God knows they are not going to get any new ones. Our double bed in our room has got wheels so every time we get on it I feel like I’m dancing on ice! The shower head is completely screwed! The doors to balcony do not open!
I could probably go on for days! Yeah so a long story short you are probably best off not using this company. Save yourself the stress and knew someone else I wish I did.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY POOR SERVICE
Extremely poor service from Complete Ltd: I paid during one year long the full rent of a flat which had a broken window which couldn’t be opened at all, preventing the access to our terrace! While I was promised at the beginning that it would be repaired before I moved in. I had a dozens of exchanges with them, barely any response from them and was finally told that it would be impossible to repair it!
Additionally to that, one of their agents came to introduce the flat to potential new tenants and thought it would be a good idea to open the faulty window! Of course, he couldn’t close it anymore and decided to leave the flat unattended with an opened window: first, anyone could have come in the flat and it was very dangerous; second, they couldn’t sort the situation quickly and I had to endure the cold and wind for two days in the middle of January. No need to say I never had compensation for that.
On top of that, when I exit the flat, I had a professional cleaning service, which I proved and they decided to charge me £60 without any good reasons … I contested it, notable mentioning that I have paid the full price of a flat that was not fully functional but they did not do any gesture.
I will never use Complete Ltd again, would strongly recommend anyone to NOT use them and will make sure to be very vocal about how poorly they manage the service for the flat.
The KFH team were absolutely brilliant in finding an ideal tenet for our property in such a short period of time. We were really impressed with how professional, friendly, and efficient the entire team were throughout the process. Couldn't recommend them more highly. 5 stars.
Tom conducted a professional and efficient viewing at property which satisfied my search criteria including style, location and amenities. Tom had a good understanding of the history and details of the property and was able to explain me the landlord needs as well. In the future I would not hesitate in contacting Tom as he clearly understood what i was looking for.
