15th Aug 2024 (29 days ago)I’ve just rented out my flat through KFH. It’s the second time. I’ll be honest, the first time didn’t go well and I was reluctant to stick with them. But this time Nicole Furrer was in charge and it was a completely different and excellent experience: swiftly responsive to questions, lots of useful advice, seamless process, easy to use portal, and two more very nice tenants. Ask for Nicole.

26th Aug 2024 (18 days ago)Avoid at all costs. Rented us a propeety with a broken boiler then failed to resolve for 3 months during the winter with a newborn in the house. Then had an illegal installation of a boiler by an unqualified person and denied any liability when i queried them on it. Then failed to carry out any pre tenancy works. When we pushed back they ignored all claims of liability and the landlord had to step in to clear up the mess. Acted without morals or professionalism throughout. Never encountered such a poor operation. Do not rent via this business.

Paris who looks after the documentation, Lauren and most recently Helena as my immediate contact. Always quick and responsive to any issues that arise. No hesitation in awarding them top marks. Great team.
19th Aug 2024 (25 days ago)Fale ads, un-truthful agents. I recently purchased a house from dexter with a very bad experience. The ads mentioned there is a resident parking and with no service charge since it's share of freehold, and only when it proceeded to local research then we realised it's the opposite case. In summary, don't trust agent and ads that much, do your homework thats the only thing to protect yourself from scams.

The communication was fantastic and he went above and beyond for us. After having not the best experiences with other big London agents, we were so happy with this. Thank you Duncan!!!

I am beginning my second year renting from them and they have made the process very smooth - Abdul in particular has been very helpful in moving the process along. I highly recommend!

The entire process was handled smoothly and professionally, making our move far less stressful than we expected. I want to give a special thanks to Hanan, who was amazing throughout. She was always available to answer our questions, kept us updated, and made sure everything went off without a hitch. Her attention to detail and genuine care really made a difference. Overall, we had a great experience with JLL, and I highly recommend their services. Thanks again to Hanan and the team for making our move so easy!

We did not buy with MiHomes in the end as we chose a different area but of the 27 agents we met she was in the top 3. He kept us updated throughout the process and he was really pleasant to our small children, making them at ease when there were so many people looking round the house. He did a great job and we are so grateful to him.

18th Mar 2024 (26 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I was a tenant for a year and during this time they were not very attentive to issues we had with the property which was one of the major contributing factors to leaving. When it came to leaving, they would not respond to any requests to release our deposit for almost 2 months! I had to go to a solicitor to assist with getting the deposit back! If you can find any other agent, please do - it's not worth the hassle!

They listed my property with beautiful pictures and found me a buyer very quickly. My sale process was slow due to solicitor debates but Hiten was so helpful throughout the process. He liaised with my buyer on my behalf and kept me up to date with things I needed to know. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and integrity in an estate agent. A pleasure to work with you and thanks again for your service.
