I have recently let out my flat with David Andrew and can honestly say it was absolutely the best decision to have made. Kasim has been incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process, giving good advice and finding excellent tenants within a week. He and Adrian have also been very helpful getting the flat ready for the tenants to move in, from obtaining gas certificates to letting licenses. Fully recommend them!

The David Andrew team in Archway are absolute legends! Greg was my main contact for the sale of my flat and he was always responsive and proactive during both the viewings and the sale process. Bethan stepped in a few times and he did so with grace and kindness. The whole team provided a holding experience, characterised by professionalism and empathy and I can't recommend them enough - especially with all the non-personal and ambivalent services offered by the more commercial estate agents in London. I recently had the pleasure of working with David Andrew (Archway office) on a flat sale in Holloway, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Greg, in particular, was absolutely top-notch throughout the entire process.

We rented a property through David Andrew for a year, and the experience was excellent. David Andrew was very proactive in assisting us during the move-out process and helped us reduce the amount deducted from our deposit. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend it.

I have been a customer of David Andrew both as a landlord for a significant period and was impressed by the through and professional manner of its employees.
I had excellent tenants who if anything enhanced my property in the time they spent there.
I am seriously ill and was supported at each turn as a landlord.
In 2021 as a result of the gross mismanagement of the economy it came time for me to have to sell.
I had agreed terms 3 times but as a result of the gross mismanagement of the economy 3 times I failed to find to completion.
However, I was kept informed, I was treated with knowledgeable and respectful deference even when I should have listened to the experts more.
However, finally I have sold the flat and can now live the quiet life where I have no connection to fiscal London.
If I had to choose again, I would choose David Andrew again, not that I ever will.
Thank you to the property management team and thank God ( as I have) with the never say never property sales team.
I would like to mention Bethan in particular for her compassion and support.
Those are things money cannot pay for!

I was really disappointed with the lack of information and poor communication skills of David Andrews. While it might be a good agency for landlords or those selling properties, as a tenant it was a nightmare. I was told that several things would be included in the property during the initial viewing, along with being told that the agency would be responsible for all repairs and management of the property, however on moving day I was shocked to find missing furniture, broken fixtures and disrepair. However, the agency were quick to inform me that they had no management of the property so couldn't help. This miscommunication and confusion continued throughout our tenancy and found a real gap in information or support being offered which caused stress. I even heard them passing along incorrect information to the new tenants taking over the property at the end of our lease, despite us flagging this to the team, nothing changed. A word of warning for those looking to rent through the agents... be prepared for a headache and a few more grey hairs!

Criminals, got mis sold a flat we rented - Got told all of the furniture comes in the flat, the flat is managed by David Andrew and therefore we wouldn’t have to deal with the landlord (all recorded in a viewing video), turns out it wasn’t true. To prevent the same thing happening to other people when the flat got passed onto new tenants I phoned up and asked them to disclose these facts during viewings, along with the fact that the flat needed major structural works (was subsiding causing massive cracks on all walls and flooding the downstairs flat. The landlord couldn’t extend our contract originally in order to get these works done, but changed her mind). Obviously none of this was passed onto tenants. Honestly just concerned with money, not being honest with people.
