Friendly, helpful and expedient!!

After being let down by Wimbledon based agent who pretty much reiterated every single stereotype (and I am only not naming at the moment due to going legal), these guys were a breath of fresh air! Firstly Ziaur, who was communicative and helpful and even though he was run over by viewings on the day, still took the time to arrange it all there and then for me. He stayed on top of the process all the way and even made sure to check on me long after I stopped being his responsibility.

The other guys in the office were also courteous and expedient and I really cannot recommend Alex Crown enough - definitely NOT your stereotype agents!

This is a very professional agency with great services. They have offered us a very nice property that we went ahead with by paying the holding deposit. The whole process went very well and Ziaur was always very fast at replying. Unfortunately after paying the holding deposit we were not able to go ahead with the next steps because my friend backed out from the deal. However, the agents still refunded us the entire holding deposit despite all the trouble that we caused them. They were extremely polite about it. I really recommend them.

USELESS GREEDY DODGY. I rent from them a whole flat, they rush me for enter in and when I did the house still need work and was painted the day before and impossible to breathe inside. Don t trust this guys

It is not often I genuinely feel the need to write a review but this time I really do! The services, honesty, reliability and genuine nature of all the staff at Alex crown, most notably Rahman, is exceptional. We have moved into our dream flat with complete confidence. The service has been quick, accurate with an abundance of genuine connection and care from Rahman. I only wish that my previous experiences in moving and renting had been this pleasurable. 10/10 on all aspects. I wish them continued success in their wonderful firm.
