As a letting agency they were great and very helpful in the letting process and the move out process. However, my experience was ruined by the landlord of the flat we rented through Alex Crown, in Carronade Court, N7 8EP. Would not recommend renting any of the flats offered by Alex Crown in this flat complex, or you will have to deal with the worst landlord I’ve ever encountered. No hot water for weeks, everything breaking and her not responding. So unprofessional and left us in unlivable conditions. Couldn’t wait to move out. Think twice before renting with Alex Crown....
