We put an offer in on a house in Henley which was accepted with the agent that was currently listed to the house. An agent a Mullie (previously listed with them) allowed their client to undercut our offer (a week after) we had our offer accepted by the vendors for exactly the same money just so they could get the commission. Absolutely disgusting behaviour - be weary if your a buyer!

This firm are offering land at Charvil describing it as a unique opportunity to buy 'plots' which will accommodate a 4 bedroom house in 'landscaped gardens'. A quick perusal of the attached plan shows each plot to be landlocked and utterly inaccessible from the road and also that the entire site is recorded as being at the highest risk of flooding on the gov.uk website. These plots are utterly worthless and you are more likely to get consent to build on the moon than you are here. To market this land as 'plots' and an 'investment opportunity' shows an utter lack of professionalism and total disregard for their clients bordering on the fraudulent.

Mullie is the best rental agency I have ever had the pleasure of renting from. Any house issues were dealt with swiftly and we were kept up to date about longer term projects. We always greeted in a friendly manner by any of the staff when we phoned or popped in. I have been renting for over 15 years from a variety of agencies and have never experienced such tenant friendly service before. As tenants we would certainly be back with Mullie if we rent in their area again and would be happy to reccomend them to anyone looking to rent locally. Thank you so much Olivia, Wendy and everyone at Mullie for such a wonderful experience for the last 4 years of our relationship with you. We are sorry to have to move away!

These people claim to have sold Eyot House in Sonning Eye for £1.75m which isn’t true as it was Hamptons who made the sale in October 2015. The listing should have been removed a long tome ago. Untruth.

I'll keep this short as I could write a book on how bad this lot are but don't waste your time if you are looking to sell your house I would recommend looking elsewhere! Mostly shockingly they verbally give you a quote price for selling your house at the start then triple the price at the end of it denying they had given the price at the start. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
In response to your reply - LIES LIES LIES!!!!!!!!!! Nice try covering up your mistakes but rather than you trying to resolve the problems here, it just proves my point that you'd rather lie about not having dealt with me in the past which was only a few months ago! Just look at all your other complaints it says it all really!! Even more reason to AVOID THIS MUPPET SHOW!!

We recently bought a house via Mullie. It was a tricky sale which went on for 4 months + however Mullie did all they could to progress and kept everyone involved on the progress and pushing it ahead!
Olly was very pleasant and professional to deal with over the phone, email and in-person.
Mullie Davies was also fantastic in keeping a tab on things and pushing things in the right direction..
I wont hesitate to use Mullie given the way they have dealt with the whole process and cant thank them enough!

Awful experience when we tried to buy a house. The house was around £900k yet the agent was a very young and inexperienced chap and it was all just quite unprofessional. After our offer was accepted we were then messed around and gazumped twice over 4 days. Dealings with the agent were just awful and following this we actively chose not to view any other properties if they were with Mullie. We found the decent agents in the Twyford/Wargrave/Charvill area include Hunt & Nash & Davis Tate.

I rate Mullie Estate Agent very highly. My husband and I bought our house from them originally and we were impressed with their personal and genuine approach. The entire team are professional and friendly. When we moved away from the area we decided to rent our property out and Mullie managed the entire process effortlessly and efficiently. Olivia's expertise allayed any concerns or anxiety I had and all staff were incredibly supportive throughout. When we came to sell out house, once again they had great advice and ideas. Our house was on the market for less than a week. We received lots of interest followed by a fantastic offer. Mullie's staff helped with the details and Olly handled the process sensitively and expertly, including handling the negotiations. Having experienced their services as a buyer, landlord and seller, I can unreservedly say that they are a wonderful team to work with, and fully deserve their wonderful local reputation.

They understood exactly what I was looking for in Twyford, arranged a viewing before the house was advertised and managed to negotiate reasonable offers on my old property. Can’t recommend the team at Mullie’s highly enough. We had a rental property through them that we’ve just moved out of and their customer service and want to put the tenant first, whilst also doing their best for the landlord, puts them head and shoulders above the rest! In particular Olivia who really does go above and beyond.
Through a difficult personal time they were extremely accommodating when it came to viewings to get the property let to a new tenant for the landlord and we it made such a difference not worrying about that while my partner was recovering.
The team at Mullie’s were fantastic when we came across a couple of small issues and got them fixed right away with no fuss or delay.
After having had large chain Lettings agents and small family run businesses, I can honestly say Mullie’s has been my best experience by far.

Mullie was our letting agency for our last rental. An absolute delight to have them as a letting agent. They know what is customer service. They treat both tenant and owner with that excellent care. I am dealing with another letting agency right now NEA, and its a nightmare. My highest recommendation to Mullie.

Lies, exceptionally rude, arrogant, sarcastic and derogatory. I tried to buy a property through Mullie and lost thousands of pounds through the process. Mullie himself lied to me about the process and I still have email evidence of the matter of him contradicting himself. I ended up homeless with a three month old baby and two year old child despite having a rental and purchase overlap of four months. He constantly strung us along and blamed the seller and us for every mistake in the process. Unfortunately a fish rots from the head and this brand stinks.

Our experience with Mullies was awful. We rented through them for 6 months and lost hundreds due to their incompetence. We needed to move quickly due to the fact my mother had cancer. They lied continuously and to the point where we had to threaten legal action- only at this point did they admit fault. They left our house unlocked after house viewings creating a security risk and even went as far as to lie about the deposit. They attempted to get more money from us by saying that the carpets needed cleaning when we had had them professionally cleaned- they said this would cost £300 which they needed in writing that they could take the money from our deposit. They continued to threaten us for not replying in writing, when the deposit was returned DPS gave us the full amount. Showing that dps didn't think a second carpet cleaning was required. Our landlord was pretty bad but Mullie's took it to a new level. The 6 months of terrible stress was awful and I would not recommend that anyone goes with Mullie's estate agents.
UPDATE: The comment below is a private email that I sent to Mullie's estate agents- they were sharing emails constantly with people who weren't anything to do with the renting agreement. And now they're willing to send those emails out online as well out of spite- if you value your private transactions not being discussed with every tom, dick and Harry- don't go to Mullie's.

The best Estate Agent in Twyford. We received faultless service from Mullie and his team, especially Lauren. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they marketed our property to the highest standard. We sold our property on our Open House day and the sale was completed within 9 weeks. I would highly recommend them, ignore the previous negative reviews, you can't always please everyone!

Terrible estate agents. Called them after booking 2 viewings as I hadn't had any confirmation and eventually was called back by an agent (was told by the first one that they couldn't help me because they only did lettings) who told me I had been booked in for one viewing on a different day for a different house and what did I expect them to do about it at such short notice. Rude and unprofessional joke of an estate agents.

I'm giving a four star instead of a five simply because of the incredible problems Mullie and ourselves experienced in the sale of our apartment in Twyford. Not one of these problems were caused by Mullie and his team, they dealt with everything impeccably, I thoroughly recommend them. They both handled the sale, and also the rental that became necessary, with expertise, sympathy and concern for our predicament and they, as we, had to exercise much patience over the long process. So, Mullie and his team get our one hundred percent approval.

Probably the worst estate agents in Twyford. Rude and inefficient.
I have bought and sold a couple of houses in the past and have had very good service from both Parkers and Hunt and Nash in Twyford. The same unfortunately cannot be said for this bunch of amateurs.
It took them three days to respond to my requests to arrange a viewing, They subsequently asked if I would increase my offer, which I was happy to do.
They then didn't then didn't even have the courtesy to come back and let me know that they had sold to another buyer, and when I called to find out what was happening I was fobbed off by the office junior. Not impressed.
