I put in interest of the morning of a new property advertisement and had given my details and my position to purchase being a first time buyer. I also told them I had a mortgage in principle and was ready to go for the right property. I was told by AJ Brewster when I called later that afternoon, the property was taken off sale and we would be contacted by them. I decided to call today as I had no update, and I was told that people had been chosen to view on their basis to move forward swiftly. Myself being a first time buyer with a mortgage in principle I thought the least they could do is to contact me if anything. AJ BREWSTER the company manager ended calling me pathetic for questioning the reasoning behind not being called for a viewing and at least being contacted. He went on to confirm the chosen people were not First come and first serve. It makes sense if they weren’t chosen on their current basis of being in a position to buy like myself, then it Comes down to seeing the names on paper. This is unacceptable by all means and not fair for anyone to be treated in such a manner . Not even an explanation is even given , and you are called names by the management , as they have no reasoning not to contact you. Everyone should be treated equally and not be treated any less than anyone else. This kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable. I do not wish anyone to go through the same experience with this company. I hope this helps them to better themselves to show equality and treat all customers fairly moving forward.

They really are the very best - we have dealt with several local agents over the years and most of them were disinterested once the let was agreed. Tim and Anna are so friendly and efficient - nothing is too much trouble and it is very much an easy relationship. Certainly if I was looking to move I would wait until the right property became available through them!!

We rented in Twyford for 5 years through Ballards. We had some unique circumstances for our move-in and move-out and they were more than patient and understanding. Repairs were almost always made in a timely manner. Admin, paperwork, etc. always processed thoroughly and professionally.
