Excellent experience with Romans in Woodley. Mr Filip (Lettings Consultant) has been excellent and has been really helpful throughout the whole process. Despite my situation being a little more complicated than the regular tenant, Mr Filip was able to clearly articulate what I needed to do and was kind enough to pass extra information onto the Landlord for their consideration - He took the time to listen carefully to my situation and clearly articulate what I needed to provide on top of the application going forward. The process is, with the exception of the viewing, all digital and really quite easy, I was pleased that it didn't involve a lot of going back and forth to the offices and I was able to complete all the required documentation at home, this enabled me to ensure I was providing the correct information instead of relying on memory. Filip is very helpful during the process we rent a new home and very responsive! However, their managing service is not nice!after we got the keys and reported the problems needed to be fixed for three weeks time and they are not fixed and no update schedule when they are going to fix them, so we won’t be able to move in till now and we already paid the rent. Keep email and call but slow response or no solution and follow up status. This is really bad things happened for tenants when moving as there are millions things to do but property management didn’t do it right.... Read more
