Had a cold call from the company, inferring in the conversation that they are linked and "working with" BT Openreach, long story short, they are trying ro sell you a business line internet package, question the caller closely and the holes soon become apparent! Written befor I saw the other 1 stars, thought this type of cold selling packages had gone out with the Ark!... Read more

Absolute con-men, don't need any written signature to change from BT, now on our 3rd day without landline phone (although we do have broadband), blaming BT?? And our account has now been passed to Daisy Communications, whoever they are. Avoid!!!... Read more

Failed to supply the broadband telecoms service they said they were going to provide. Didn’t contact me to tell me there was an issue, didn’t help or log my calls when I asked for help. The staff harrassed me when I couldn’t pay - They threatened to disconnect my business during a pandemic, which is just awful and I honestly didn’t need because I suffer from bad mental health anyway. Alot of the negative reviews here honestly sound like my experience too. Stick to BT, do not trust them.... Read more

Tried to switch from BT to Think late last year for broadband and calls. I got sent a modem that didn't work when I plugged it in. I was sent no welcome pack, with no account details, password or anything like that. Tried to contact them countless times when I could, but as I run a retail business, I can't really stand around on the phone all day when I have customers to serve, So had to continue relying on and continue paying for BT for the past 6 months. I told them I didn't want to use them anymore and they said it would cost me in excess of £300 to cancel. I shouldn't have to pay money like that for a service that didn't work with poor customer support. I cancelled my direct debit with Think, as i was promised broadband and telecommunications. Their staff have hassled me throughout the pandemic and have only shown concern about when they are getting their money, not how to fix the internet connection, offer a new modem or how to be supportive of the businesses they working with during the COVID-19 pandemic. Wish I never joined & stuck with BT. Avoid.... Read more

Do not trust this company, they tell you time and time again they will pay any fees to come out of your existing contract and they don't. They say the switch will be easy and hassle free It Is Not. Stay well away from them. Do not trust what they say.... Read more

This is one of the worsted phone companies i've been unfortunate to come across !! Talked me into leaving bt early when i was in mid contract only to leave me with a early termination fee of £1399.99 Was told on loads of occasion that the fee would be sorted out with bt, But it never happened. Had no choice other than to move my phone line back to bt which no working absolutely fine Avoid this company at all costs... Read more

The worst product I have ever had the misfortune to pay for but the lack of product is eclipsed by the non existent service, not one thing I was either told or promised has happened . Phone calls go to a mailbox which is full and if you are lucky enough to reach anyone the promised return call to resolve the many issues never happens. Awful.... Read more
