I first spoke over the phone, with Tilly to arrange my viewing of a property in a Lenham. She was right away a bright young person in the phone. And importantly for me (pushing 70) she didn’t speak so quickly that I could understand what she was saying. Why do youngsters speak so fast! The viewing was arranged, confirmed by email and we met at the property. She was waiting for me and immediately put me at ease. She was just a happy soul. Being welcomed with a smile makes such a difference. I was shown around the property with features identified and my questions answered. Outside. The garage. Everything. I was encouraged to call if I had any questions or to return for a second viewing. Tilly is a great rep for her company.

After using a previous agent and sitting on the market for 4 weeks I spoke with Nikki who explained her process to get my property let and it was a breath of fresh air to say the least! I was disappointed by the tone of my recent phone enquiry with this agency. The conversation felt judgemental from the beginning, with assumptions made about my circumstances before any proper discussion had taken place.
Although pets were later cited as the reason, the dismissive attitude was present beforehand. As a working mother seeking a rental property, I found this approach unprofessional and unnecessary.
Prospective tenants should be treated with fairness and respect, regardless of personal circumstances.
Once I am ready to purchase a property this is one estate agent I will refuse to use.

Genuinely wish I'd had the experience that everyone else seems to have done.
Dealing with Robinson Michael & Jackson has been one of the most stressful unpleasant experiences of my life.
Jody has provided such poor communication and after 10 months of waiting and chasing there has been no progression whatsoever. There has been so many lies as well, I think they even need to have someone check their system because of the amount of emails I've been told haven't sent or haven't been received!!
I found out things had gone wrong through Rightmove who put part of the property I was buying back up on the market, not the estate agent who hadn't had the decency to let me know or even told my solicitor. The chain has also now completely collapsed and it took me chasing up to be told of this. The service has been so so poor.

Had a pretty disappointing experience with them when purchasing my property. Felt like all I was doing for several months was chasing up / not being updated / not given any answers.
The last house I bought the seller was also slow / difficult but the estate agents were so helpful and accommodating they really took the stress off of everything (The Personal Agent) but unfortunately this was a far cry from that.
2 stars because Ellie was very helpful the last couple weeks of the process. I wish she was the agent I was dealing with from the start!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Robinson Michael and Jackson. The conduct of two of their staff members was highly unprofessional and made me feel that my business was neither valued nor wanted.
Despite being in a strong financial position to purchase a property chain-free, with a mortgage in principle and a significant portion of the purchase price in cash, I was met with dismissive and stubborn behavior. The staff members were unwilling to facilitate a viewing or engage in any meaningful way to accommodate my terms, instead prioritizing their own and the seller’s terms without any consideration for potential buyers.
This unprofessionalism could potentially cost the seller of the property on Plough Wents Road significant amounts of money. I was prepared to offer substantially more than the last offer, potentially up to £30,000 above it. Instead, the property has been accepted by buyers who have not even sold their own property yet, which may result in delays and financial losses for the seller.
Additionally, I find it misleading to advertise a property at £450,000 when the owners had no intention of accepting anything less than £480,000. Labeling it as a "guide price" is disingenuous and does not reflect the true asking price, which can mislead potential buyers.

I saw this good looking house in Maidstone and indicated interest online. Soon after I finished indicting interest ,I got a call from Samuel Wood who seemed to be in-charge of the property . He is the most Amazing guy in the estate agency, very professional with satisfactory,convincing and reassuring explanations on the process that was going to be involved . His follow up was top-notch and his kindness and diligence was second to none . He made the process straightforward and followed up such that within one week,our references ,other checks and payments were sorted perfectly without any pains or stress on us.
