Big promises about the team coming and learning everything about the house so they could sell it - actually got a 10 min visit from 2 of their staff. First agent to show people around clearly knew nothing about the house.

Moving in 2021 definitely was a challenge, but dealing with Paige definitely made it easier! We had a very difficult purchase, but she really did go above and beyond and jump through the sellers hoops as best she could.
4 stars were given because- the manager at the time of the branch was beyond rude every time we spoke with him, and on the day of collecting our keys he made some very awful comments.
Also we were instructed to use lifetime legal through SM, which will cost you £700 more and LL served no purpose at all. We still needed a different conveyancer and solicitor so they were just an email go between with no authority. Look out for this as a year later LL will try and charge for a ‘membership ’ you never signed up for or needed.

Very negative experience!I had viewing for a different property and this one was on the opposite side of the street,so after driving an hour for the viewing it worth seeing one more.Unfortunately the property I wanted to view has already been sold without letting me know in advance.I even had a conversation with the agent an hour prior to the viewing and he did not mention anything .Came 10 min later,even did not apologise. Just a waste of time.Would not recommend and would not trust them!
