I've been a tenant for over a year. MV Properties have found a room for me very quick and actually went out of their way to accommodate me a few days earlier than planned initially-i'd be homeless otherwise. Good service throughout the tenancy. Our shower broke a few times but a handyman attended very quick so all has been sorted in one day. Had to move out last week, the process again went very smoothly. Glad they use an independent inventory company so minimal questions asked at the deposit refund as i had a nightmare experience with my previous landlord who didn't. Crooks and thieves - STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They WILL try to deduct monies after you move out claiming your property requires cleaning. Be prepared to threaten them with legal action and fight through if you want to get your deposit back. You will be told your flat will be professionally cleaned and will have a professional cleaner every week when you take the flat. This is a blatant LIE. They also don't protect their deposit in a government approved scheme by signing you up to a common law tenancy contract - a legal loophole. So, if you want your deposit back, there is no way apart from going to court straight. They should be investigated by regulatory bodies for their unethical practices.... Read more
