I would highly recommend My Place Estate Agency. The service is exceptional and the staff are very courteous and make you feel like you are the only person they are dealing with. I would not use any other agency to sell a property in this area.

MyPlace Estate Agents have handled the sale of our cottage and we are thrilled with the service. Selling a house in the middle of a pandemic while living in France post Brexit was a challenge in itself but along the way we encountered more obstacles, hurdles and curve balls than we could ever have imagined. Throughout though they were always there with a remedy, solution or reassurance and support. We absolutely couldn't have done it without them and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I wanted to say a little about this company, well I want to shout it from the mountain tops to be honest. I met Stephanie and her team over three years ago when we first thought about selling our house. Time flew by and we only really only decided to get it on the market some three months ago. There was only ever going to be one agent I was to use, she left such an impression on us, and I was not wrong. From the initial paperwork to completing the sale this company was fantastic, and always goes the extra mile, in fact a million miles. Thank you so much guys you have made a difficult situation easy to deal with you have been a pleasure to work with.

This is the second time we have used My Place and we are already discussing a third.
Dealing with Stephanie is always a pleasure and the works she puts in behind the scenes is evident when it comes to dealing with solicitors and banks.
There are not many estate agents that you can email to work through a problem on a Sunday evening at 10.30pm and have them reply!
I could not recommended them enough - plus they do great biscuits ????

Special thanks goes out to Steph, who helped me sell my property. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I could go and and on about the fantastic experience I had with Steph and the team. Nothing was a problem, I even had Steph replying to text messages at 9 o'clock on a Sunday evening.

There are high street estate agents and then there is Myplace Property Specialists. We tried the former for 3 months with no positive results and little feedback. After engaging Stephanie at Myplace we had an offer agreed within the first 2 weeks from one of a number of clients on her books. The property was eventually sold and completed within 5 months of initial marketing. In the meantime, as we live some distance away, Stephanie went out of her way to help with checking on the property, especially through the winter period, and gave us regular feedback and advice. We would recommend Myplace without any hesitation at all.
