Liz and the team were perfect!After what could only be described as a roller coaster ride.They made everything easy and nothing was ever a problem. Answered any questions, which there was many from us buying our first home.
Always had great communication and always eager to give you any information about your property as if it was their own.
Overall a great team and lovely people!
Would have given 10 stars if I could.

We were absolutely delighted by the dedication, patience and friendliness of the whole team. We had a house to sell after probate, and live 75 miles away. The Team handled everything: guided tours, sales service all done with a personal touch. We were phoned regularly, dealt with with courtesy and treated as friends rather than clients. The whole team were 'diamonds' and helped us through a very difficult and emotional time of selling the family home. Well done and thank you!

Would definitely recommend, Buying our home was our first time buying and honestly, their side of it was a walk in the park. They were efficient and got back to us with any information so quickly and honestly the staff was amazing.
Emily, the broker they recommended us. The best money I've ever spent in my life. If they recommend her, DO IT. If you take anything from this review please let it be her services. We would have never got the mortgage deal we did without her.

Just used Reeds Rains in Dinnington to sell property. The staff are absolutely amazing - very efficient, professional, friendly and do the best for their clients. Nothing is too much trouble and I would highly recommend them.

If you are a landlord think very carefully before using Reeds Rains to manage your property. Rather than using local contractors for maintenance, all maintenance is handled by a centralised uk office. They then only use large regional contractors on an approved list who are not necessarily close to the property.
This results as:
- The contractor doesn't need to provide a competitive quote
- Smaller jobs are not worth their while due to distance and them being a large company, so they are only interested for a marked up fee.
- Reeds Rains take an 18% commission off any work undertaken, so higher quotes are in their interest
This resulted in maintenance quotes being at least 4 times the price of local contractors, meaning that as the landlord you will have to step in and handle this all directly yourself (unless you can stomach being repeatedly overcharged).
All of the quotes were for standard work (eg cleaning and minor repairs on tenant changeover) and didn't require specialist contractors
Complained about this to Reeds Rains, but they were not interested. The only viable option was to leave Reeds Rains for a smaller local agent.
Exit fees were also extortionate: Months rent + VAT

Great service from Reeds Rains, as a landlord that uses the agency to let a house. Courtney Sambells and team has provided a great service in finding tenants and efficiently taking care of everything, always keeping me up to date. Highly recommended!

We have moved many times over the last 25 years and can say, without doubt, that this branch has been the most friendly, professional and attentive bunch we have ever dealt with. Communication has been exceptional and the ladies have gone above and beyond to ensure the house sale went through. We had more than our fair share of bumps along the process and they ensured we sorted every problem quickly and efficiently. We can’t thank Andrea and her team enough.

Reeds Rains went way beyond what is expected of an Estate Agents when handling our house sale. Special thanks go to Liz and Andrea. After an offer was accepted on our house we had a flood and they managed the buyers expectations brilliantly and Andrea project managed builders, solicitors and the buyers for us. We do not live locally to the property so were delighted by their willingness to support us. They even found our wonderful builders. We cannot thank them enough for their care and resilience throughout. More than earned their fees.
