I would like to say a massive thank you to both Jade and Andrea for all the hard work they put in to selling my house.
Jade took all the details required, explaining everything in layman's terms and she had even sold the house before it had been advertised!! This goes to show Jade listens to what her clients require.
Andrea was a massive help when I couldn't get any answers from my Solicitor, if she didn't know the answer, she would find out and get straight back to me. Obviously, it is one of the most stressful times to sell and buy a house, but I can honestly say, with Andrea on the case, she made it far easier.
Again, a massive thank you ladies at Reeds Rains and I will be recommending you to anyone I know, thinking of buying or selling in the future.

Courtney is simply great, the entire team in Dinnington are professional and great - but the shinning light is Courtney, Reeds Rains are out of touch and simply interested in just making money above all else, I would have moved years ago from Reeds Rains - but not having the support from Courtney stopped me. Well done Courtney and the entire Dinnington team

First time landlord and I couldn't ask for better service from Courtney and the team at Reeds Rains. It took a lot of pressure off, knowing I was in experienced hands, and a tenant was found very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Our house was on the market for over 48 weeks with Reeds Rains(RR) in that time we had 2 viewings, yes the timing did not help with Truss and then mortgage and utility rises but I can count on one hand the amount of times RR called they did not offer any support, whatsoever. The only times I spoke to them was when I went in and when they advised that we had viewers. I did say they needed to have an out of hours mobile which they could take in turns to take home, until about 9pm - because if no one turns up for a viewing on Saturday morning (which we had) there is nobody to contact until Monday morning. Absolute rubbish service!

Liz and the team were perfect!After what could only be described as a roller coaster ride.They made everything easy and nothing was ever a problem. Answered any questions, which there was many from us buying our first home.
Always had great communication and always eager to give you any information about your property as if it was their own.
Overall a great team and lovely people!
Would have given 10 stars if I could.

We were absolutely delighted by the dedication, patience and friendliness of the whole team. We had a house to sell after probate, and live 75 miles away. The Team handled everything: guided tours, sales service all done with a personal touch. We were phoned regularly, dealt with with courtesy and treated as friends rather than clients. The whole team were 'diamonds' and helped us through a very difficult and emotional time of selling the family home. Well done and thank you!

Would definitely recommend, Buying our home was our first time buying and honestly, their side of it was a walk in the park. They were efficient and got back to us with any information so quickly and honestly the staff was amazing.
Emily, the broker they recommended us. The best money I've ever spent in my life. If they recommend her, DO IT. If you take anything from this review please let it be her services. We would have never got the mortgage deal we did without her.
