Did not send us genuine buyers. Lack of communication was disappointing. Despite us asking them not to just send emails. Good old fashioned conversation communication was missing. Polite and courteous enough. It takes more than modern technology to sell houses.
We had 2 no shows and a fake buyer.

Bell & Co worked really well in helping to sell our house and despite an early false start with the initial buyers pulling out, Bell & Co soon found an alternate buyer to make sure the chain remained intact. Sophie Ward took charge in managing our chain, as she was also responsible for the house we were buying, and I can't fault her service, and the wider service from Bell & Co. Sophie was easy to contact, responsive on email and provided all the reassurance we needed to have confidence in Bell & Co and the stability of our chain. When Sophie wasn't available, it became clear that the Bell & Co team were well informed of what was happening and were able to step in when Sophie was away (which wasn't often). I'm also grateful that Sophie occasionally came in on her day off to help keep matters on track! They seem a hard-working bunch. If I'm ever in a position to sell my house again, Bell & Co will be the first Estate Agents we approach, and I would strongly recommend them.

Totally unprofessional; emailed an enquiry to view a property stating I couldn’t take any calls due to being unavailable. Next thing 4 calls one after the other. Last call Rebecca left me a voicemail….she thought she had hung up but hadn’t and the conversation continued to be recorded where she swore about someone. When I phoned Rebecca was more bothered about clarifying that the named person on the recording doesn’t work there. You’ve just lost a customer.

I would absolutely recommend Bell & Co to anyone needing a quality estate agent. From viewing the house to completing and getting the keys, they were friendly, responsive and so patient with me given it was my first time buying (and I had a lot of questions!).

Out of the 4 agents we used to value our house only Bell & Co took the time to discuss our house and how best to sell it. All other agents just gave us a sale pitch of how good they were individually. Bell & Co's price was also very competitive. One key feature for us was that the floor plan that was included had the total area of the house on it. Personally, from a buyers point of view I find this figure very useful when comparing properties and its a shame so many companies don't have it on their floor plans, at least not as standard.

Myself & my partner, have been considering selling our home for over a year now and even had the whole house decorated at the end of 2018 in preparation for this. As it is with a lot of things, life and a lack of free time got in the way of us making the decision to go ahead and put the house on the market. One positive to come out of the current lockdown for us has been the ability to finish the things we needed to do around the house and finally put the property up for sale.
We contacted Kelly at Bell & Co Estates to advise we would like a valuation of our property with the intention of putting it on the market. From the outset the communication and the process has been fantastic and stress free.
Kelly valued the property on the Friday, the Photographer came on the following Wednesday & the Property was on the market on the ?Thursday afternoon?, all within a week. Within hours of the property being advertised we were inundated with viewing requests which was no doubt down to the marketing expertise of Bell & Co Estates along with their database of potential buyers. The first day on the market we had 3 viewings with another 2 lined up and more to come. Within 4 days of the property being on the market (not including the weekend) we had accepted an offer which we were delighted with from a buyer we were more than happy to sell our house to. From initial contact to us accepting an offer, it took 11 days!
Having been through the process of buying and selling houses before I can honestly say that Kelly & her team at Bell & Co Estates are head and shoulders above any other estate agents I have previously dealt with. Their knowIedge, expertise and communication has helped us to sell our home for a brilliant price quicker than we could ever imagine.
