Did not send us genuine buyers. Lack of communication was disappointing. Despite us asking them not to just send emails. Good old fashioned conversation communication was missing. Polite and courteous enough. It takes more than modern technology to sell houses.
We had 2 no shows and a fake buyer.
Have decided to try a different agent in the new year.

What can I say I would highly recommend bell & co 100% from start to finish nothing were to much trouble for Kelly & Sophie !! from selling my house under a week & got me very good price & I bought a bungalow we bell & co so everything went smooth & like I said so happy with the service & I would 100% use bell & co again if I move house so thanks to Kelly & Sophie

We sold our family home due to my mums needs changing and due to certain errors made by the buyers soliciotors Soph and Kelly have always been there to reassure us, chase and always been honest.

Kelly and the team at Bell & Co were so professional, helpful and really lovely right from us viewing our new house all the way up until completion. They communicated regularly to check how our purchase was going and provided any information about the house when we needed it. We also completed within 8 weeks, which is great!
