Very poor customer service. Never was called back when they said they would. They would let things drag on for weeks without any reply. Wouldnt recommend. Never ever wrote a review before.but felt i had too. After months of being mugged off

Absolutely shocking company. Attempted to arrange a viewing of a property. 2/3 weeks later still no contact. Was told the current tenants were unable to get a hold of (surely the homeowner wanting to sell would step in?) Was asked for my details to put on file as apparently they didn't have them...when I challenged this (I obviously left my details when I called to arrange a viewing) they back tracked and stated that they were double checking my info.

Attempted to view another property (my husband) was told it was under offer, explained we were willing to put a higher offer in and they said 'no we don't work like that' what?! Surely you get the best price for your client?! My husband rang a week later as the property was still listed as on the market to check if it was available, was told yes and booked a viewing. An hour later they rang him back and said 'oh no it is sold sorry' the best of it after the booked viewing we had an email asking how the viewing went and for feedback of the property! Is this a joke?!

I wouldn't recommend them for buying or selling properties as they don't have their customers in their best interests.

Signing up for a property through first fields and everything has gone through smoothly. Didn't have to do anything. Answered all questions we had perfectly. Would recommend. ????

Terrible experience. Had to goto a tribuneral to get my bond back which i won i might add.. Property maintenence was a joke. I cannot stress enough to people how bad they are. Read the negative reviews which are the genuine ones.
