DO NOT USE. Valued my property as part of divorce proceedings. Undervalued by £200k compared to estate agent. Spoke to ex on site when legally wasn't allowed to. Report took a year, went beyond the permitted scope and the majority was outsourced to another company. Questions raised afterwards resulted in 'version 2'?? Biased. Incompetent. Complaints procedure is a joke.... Read more

Update, we won't be using them again. They said our Windows needed "reglazing".. we needed who nee windows, Inc frames. We're due to purchase a house, and after looking at cheaper options, and their reviews, we found Nabarro McAllister & Co. We couldn't be more pleased with the result they presented for our full building survey. The report was delivered swiftly, and the level of detail presented cover many things we wouldn't have even thought of, as well as a rough timescale of when remedies should be applied. They presented a rough idea how much the work should cost, and said they were happy to review the quotes given. I would highly recommend them for your building survey needs, and will definitely be using them again when the time comes.... Read more

I recently purchased a residential property that required a full structural survey and Simon Nabarro was recommended to me by someone who know's the industry incredibly well and told me he is the best. Within 12 hours of the first contact his team had been in touch to arrange a building survey and dealt with all the arrangements directly with the Estate Agent, which saved me a lot of admin time. He provided an incredibly detailed report, with lots of recommendations and we now feel we are going into the property with our eyes open to all the remedial work required/costs involved. He even arranged a followup visit to explore some of the areas in more detail and dealt with all the arrangements this himself. I had a few questions that I discussed directly with him and he was never too busy to talk, despite being a very busy guy. I'd highly recommend Simon and the team at Nabarro McAllister to anyone looking to get a detailed survey on a property.... Read more
