Without a doubt a huge 5 Star! I left Leeds to relocate and assigned Guy and Graeme the task of selling my house. Also trusting them with keys to the empty property. I was lucky as after a few weeks I had two offers on the table. They handled the entire process for me - advising me to wait before accepting the first offer. They did not have to do this as they charge a set fee it would have been faster for them to just push the first offer my way. But they did not. They took their time to get me the best possible deal. In the end I sold my house for more than the asking price. They offer a no frills service. No pushy phone calls etc. They just get on with it and do the best they can for all parties.
