Exemplary service from Neil and his team, their market knowledge for the area is second to none. 4 viewings and offers before the property was officially online. Excellent communication throughout the sale to final completion. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again.

Personal vist by neil, good photos , perfectly worded advert, office staff work hard from start to finish keeping us informed. Highly recommended local company ,shop in good location, we sold on our third viewing.

We had quotes from a few different estate agents, Neil Kaye's wasn't the cheapest quote we had, but definitely worth the money spent. Brilliant company to deal with, property was up for a week before it sold. Then lockdown happened which put everything on hold, but Neil Kaye's kept us up to date every step of the way. Very professional, friendly and made the experience very easy.
