Visited on my run into the office - for three morning last week. Very different service on two occasions. One extremely pleasant and welcoming the second made me feel unwelcome and that I was putting them out - I was the only customer! Coffee also very weak on the bad experience day! Hope service improves as Nespresso account and fan.... Read more

Surprisingly good experience. Cafe in a pod this is not. Good coffee and good quality snacks cakes and sandwiches. Bright and airy too. Many other high street offerings good learn a thing or two. Expensive but thats coffee for you.... Read more

The team here are very friendly and helpful. The choice of hot / cold drinks and food is fantastic. Great atmosphere and facilities - it's quiet and allows you to work, chill with a coffee or read in comfort. My one suggestion is more choice of comfy seating - they have 4 sets of sofas at the very front of the store which fill up quickly. The rest of the seating is on high, wooden stools which aren't ideal for longer periods.... Read more

Coffee is great, wide range of everything. However, food is more about Instagram with some "fancy sounding" combinations that honestly taste funny. Was walking around London and wanted somewhere to have a coffee with a friend. Never been to this place and enjoyed that the menu offered additional options beyond the regular type of coffee. I tried this creme brulee cappuccino which was yummy. The sofa style seats were really comfortable. I paid £3.50 for my coffee which is more than I normally pay but the drink plus the ambience was worth it.... Read more

Good cafeteria to hang out if you’re in Soho area and feel like a good Italian coffee. Nice comfortable sitting areas with couches or stools. Be aware that by the look of them these couches might look dirty and covered in stains. Not very appealing at first. But I trust that they have been cleaned up.
