Never thought that renting a flat on a tight deadline in London would be as easy as Marcus and Jessica made it seem! From looking at some flats, to setting up a viewing, to signing the papers, they made sure that everything proceeded smoothly and efficiently, and they were always super responsive and happy to answer any and all inquiries.
Would definitely recommend GLP to anyone looking to rent a flat in central London, and special thanks to Marcus and Jessica for making the entire process feel like such a breeze!

Having dealt with other lettings companies, I’ve been wary of renting in London. However, I’ve been renting from GLP for the past year, and they have been nothing if not excellent. Becky was extremely supportive and fast in helping me find a flat, and was professional and honest with me throughout the whole process.
After moving in, Natasha has been a superb property manager, and has been highly efficient, quick, and helpful with the few issues that arose. When my contract came up for renewal, Natasha was extremely responsive, followed up my queries quickly, keeping me informed throughout the process, and was highly understanding and accommodating with my requirements. In all our communications, she was professional while maintaining a human touch, something I greatly appreciated and have rarely seen with other letting companies.
The renting process with GLP was extremely easy, straightforward, and professional, and with an exceptional staff, I would highly recommend renting from them.

Dan and his team marketed our Bloomsbury flat and did a great job - getting a good price and making sure that the sale was moving forward and dealing helpfully with the buyers solicitors. I recommend them highly - we felt like we got a personal service, which was not the case with agents we had used before
