Bad admin, I tried to call and kept me on hold for 20 mins it was saying you are in the Q and second on the list after 20 mins I became on first to be answered then out of no where they put me on second on the list. I was really frustrated and put phone down.... Read more

Fantastic GP's service. Dr Sangha contacted me the day I completed the econsult form. He was worried about my symptoms and booked me in to a blood test the next working day. I was contacted by the hospital that week and have had two procedures within a week. Dr Sangha rang me afterwards to explain the results and sort out my treatment. A First Class service.... Very bad experience, you book appointment and wait for doctor call for whole day. No one is bothering. Reception and administration is very poor. They just hang up phone on you. Just a beautiful building but fake people not human.... Read more

DISAPPOINTING GP. WAS DELUDED BY THE NICE NEW BUILDING BUT THE DOCTORS ARE SUCH A HEADACHE TO SPEAK TO THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND THEIR JOBS FRESH OUT OF MEDICAL SCHOOL AND DON'T HELP YOU WITH YOUR CONDITON. HAVE HAD CONTINUOUS LEG PAIN FOR THE PAST YEAR AND CONSTANTLY MESSAGING THEM STILL HAVE NOT BEEN TAKEN SERIOUSLY. THESE DOCTORS ARE A SHAME TO THE MEDICAL PROFESSION. CURRENTLY SWITCHING GP. Had bad depression and suffered from panics attacks and anxiety and the Dr said what do you want me to do ? Really disgusting behaviour. Needed vaccination for a holiday trip they never arranged for my vaccines and to go private and spend over 200 pounds and I am a student.... Read more

If you prefer your GP to never bother talking to you 1-2-1 and instead communicate with you via text or e-mail then this is the place to be. If on the other hand you prefer your GP to actually give a damn about you once in a while and hear actually hear what you have to say then better look elsewhere because you will not find that kind of service at this practice....
