Best Estate Agents. The Team at OpenHomes are super helpful and really quick! Pratik and Vic helped me and my partner move into our new flat very quickly whilst also dealing with all the paperwork in no time! Pratik heard what I was looking for and understood my budget and was able to beat every other estate agents pricing in the whole area by far!

First class service, with help in getting repairs done, as well as vetting and putting new tenants into a property. Barry, Vic, Pratik, and Chris are all really good, but I have to give a special thanks to Angie for all her patience in sorting out contractors. I sold my flat in Colindale Gardens with Open Homes and from start to finish they were superb. I hesitated about giving it to a bigger agent but I am glad I didn’t. Chris valued the property and was extremely knowledgeable about the area and enthusiastic about selling it. It didn’t take them long to get a buyer and they worked well to increase it to an acceptable level always giving me the impression they were working in my interests. It was the first time I had sold a property and Chris and Barry guided me through the process advising every step of the way. He was always available and over the time we built a great rapport. They went above and beyond what you would expect in their service. If you need a strong and honest local agent to sell your property I really recommend the guys at Open Homes.
